Starbucks

Three stars. Dude took 13 minutes to make an iced latte, glad I wasn’t in a time crunch.

Lots of space to find a spot to study or hangout to drink coffee, but it is a relatively busy location. Service is friendly.

This location fails due to it not having any «Pike» roast coffee. The Staple of Starbucks brand and they tell me that corporate told them to take down Pike to run promotional blend. So they have crap coffee like blonde roast and some promotional blend and no Pike. Then they try to convince me it’s good. I want to drink what I want to drink. Not what Starbucks wants me to drink.
I will be complaining to corporate. It’s false advertising to not carry your signature blend all the time. Especially when customers go out of their way to go to their stores.

How can a coffee shop run out of cream, Splenda and chocolate all at the same time? And why don’t they tell customers that they’re out of various things before they order? Poorly run, and the coffee tastes weak and burnt.

Big, better and bolder! This is one of the thumbs-​up locations. The staff is awesome and there’s a ton of space. It can be a tad loud if you’re trying to read. Noise canceling helps. Just say’n.

The staff was friendly but more occupied with their on going back of house jokes and conversations opposed to focusing on taking customers orders. One customer was an off duty emoloyee who sat there and talked to staff the whole time while going back behind the counter to help himself while he was out of uniform and in street clothes. Management was also socializing up front with a friend while drinks piled up with no names on them. We had to ask what drinks were ours among the 7 customers waiting for drinks to be called out. While 10 drinks sat there unclaimed with no names. People were agrivated on having to wait unusual wait times for coffee including myself. Crumbs and wrappers on the floor did not give a clean and tidy welcoming lobby experience.

Small building, friendly and efficient staff. Wall outlets scarce for the battery-​challenged.
Remodeled in 2014. Expanded into business space next door. Now quite large.
