The dining area is always clean. Sunday morning donuts at Lamar’s has become a family tradition.

After visiting Hurts Donuts, I realize how much I’d prefer Lamars. Every time we go to Lamars the donuts are tasty and fresh. The donut holes are yummy. The sprinkle donuts and long johns are my favorite. I feel like the dough is tasty on its own without the topping, which is something Hurts is lacking. Also, the icing is yummy and sweet, but not too sweet, and perfect consistency. It’s hard enough to not drip off the donut and soft enough to still taste awesome. Hurts icing was so runny it dripped off the donut which was rather gross.
I’m definitely staying a Lamars fan.

We went at 9:30am and at least half their shelves were empty. The man behind the counter was rude and impatient. Not to mention their donuts were EXPENSIVE. $ 6 for 2 normal donuts and juice. I’ll be choosing elsewhere from now on

Amazing donuts. I think I tried them all lol but my fav is the old fashion glazed. I also like the special ones with cream. Regardless, they all taste great. But gotta come early or the good ones are gone! MUST TRY!

The donuts were awesome! I had a Bismark and it was great! The donut was thick and chewy. My wife really enjoyed her chocolate raised as well. Would for sure recommend coming here.

This place was horrible. The donuts were a day old. The holes were the best. The origional glazed were hard and the maple was terrible. One word comes to mind … Expensive

Lamar’s donuts are consistently the best donut in Wichita. Others may be more sweet or inventive but for a solid glazed or cake donut Lamar’s has the best quality and selection in town.
