I stopped by to mail some letters and I felt like I was irritating the employee at the desk and was treated like I shouldn’t have bothered her. When I said I would like to mail bulk envelopes she said all I could do was purchase stamps and then I should take them to the post office myself if I wanted them to go out before tomorrow. She didn’t even have enough stamps to sell to me. I guess I figured that a postal store would be full service and would have an automated way to stamp bulk envelopes. Aside from this deficiency, the main reason I won’t return is because of the chilly client service I received.

The reason postnet is more than the post office for shipping is because of the top shelf service that comes standard with every purchase you make. The post office wouldnt wrap up your stuff for sending without charging an arm and a leg. You get what you pay for and, frankly, I will pay for excellent service every time!
