Dunkin Donuts

You would think donut shop workers would be trained not to put other donuts on top of frosted donuts. Or not to cram frosted donuts together in the sack… the icing comes off.

I come to this Dunkin Donuts at least once a week and order a medium iced coffee with caramel and cream. I know exactly what I’m getting, and they make it the exact same way every time. The staff even recognizes me by now, which is very nice. The staff has always, always, always been so friendly and respectful, and they always have a smile on their faces. The drive-​thru is fast and easy, and the prices of their coffees are significantly cheaper than that of competitors. This location is doing everything right and I’m always so happy after I leave here! Thank you, from this loyal customer!

Why is it so hard to get the same tasting drink every time? Literally every time I go there the drinks are made different each time. I just got handed my drink with sticky syrup dripped all down the side of the cup and some paper sticking out of the top. Like what the hell? Why would you hand a customer a drink like that. I asked for napkins and she wasn’t friendly. On top of that my drink tastes like crap, seeing how it has about 10 pumps of vanilla syrup so I can’t even drink it, thanks for wasting my $. Hate coming here because I never know what I’m going to get. Your employees need major training.

This is a newer DD and has a nicer seating area and flat panel TVs which houses the menus. Kinda cool and trendy for a nation wide chain. I enjoyed my donuts and coffee at this location. It is always a plus when the staff is friendly.

The service here was terrible. The manager had an attitude when we had a problem with our order, twice. The food was good, the second time we went the donuts were really fresh, but I don’t think I would go in again, only drive thru

Glad to finally have some decent donuts in this part of town. I visited around 5:30PM last night, and seemed very nice. Modern looking, clean, lots of employees, bright, etc. We’ll see how long that lasts!
I wasn’t blown away by the selection (no twists? no bear claws?), but they had everything in stock. Additionally, it still tasted fresh when I took it all home, the family was pleased. The regular glazed were good, but I wish they had more glaze. The bottom half seemed dry, perhaps that’s by design. Regardless, I ate ‘em all. :^)
One thing I did not like was the ordering process. The kid stood at the register, furiously typing in everything I said. The girl making the order would dash to get the item, not waiting to hear how many of that item, or even how many total, so there was a lot of swapping out boxes, sacks, etc. It seemed very rushed, and they need to realize many of us are coming in for the first time. I would’ve gotten more, but it was just rushed and cold.
They have a pretty extensive breakfast and sandwich menu, so that was a nice surprise. They open at 5AM, another bonus, and have a drive-​thru, so I’ll definitely be back. Welcome to East Wichita!
