Cold Stone Creamery

Went there tonight after eating at granite city.
I love cold stone, I’ve only found one place better and that’s all the way in Utah. They always have been quick and who doesn’t love ice cream.
This time while the ice cream was great, the female staff member who served us was horrible, rude and completely ignored my wife and friend.
My son ordered his and my wife was helping him pick toppings. She finished and the lady just walked away and started helping the people behind them. They still had two orders they wanted filled.
My wife told the lady that when she was done helping the people who had arrived after her that she would like to finish placing her order. The lady gave her an put off look.
When she finished helping the people behind her she came back to my wife and friend and ignored my wife and tried to help our friend. When our friend said, no she was in front of me help her. The lady actually let out a huff. Then never finished and had another employee take over.
Then they screwed up on our friends order. Truly a horrible experience from a place that’s normally right on par. Sad, hoping this is just a fluke.
