Supercuts on Greenleaf is very good! The ladies are friendly and professional. I’ve only ever been a walk-in, and never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. I hear that Whittier is notorious for«entitled and rude» customers who get so bent out of shape at a little inconvenience now and then. They should go elsewhere and pay twice as much.

I would recommend calling in before coming by. The stylist are great here so it can get busy at times. Amanda is my favorite by far. The customer service and attention to detail set her apart from the crowd. I don’t get to come that often, but when I do I am happy with the results.

Came here recently for a haircut. The wait was only about ten minutes longer than what was told to me. The place looked pretty clean, and wasn’t too busy. Now for the downside: the hairdresser was afraid to cut my hair short(her words, and I had already asked for a short cut AND showed pictures), and I had to keep telling her to go shorter, to get to where the pics were. Another thing I didn’t like was that one of the tools she used on my she took right out of the«dirty» drawer. If I wasn’t in such a hurry I would’ve said something, but at that point I was already way late for an appointment. Overall maybe 2.5 stars, and I’ll probably go somewhere else next time.

The most incompetent workers. It’s evident that they need additional training in hair cutting and customer service. I took my son to get a haircut. What he got was a horrible chopped butchered hair, she did not listen to what we asked. The waiting room was filthy there was pieces of hair around. They clearly don’t have high standards for their workplace environment let alone the service they provide. I called to complain to Gloria about her trying to charge $ 17 to my 10 year old when he should be charged the posted rate of $ 14. Also we asked for a hot towel to clean up around his neck and the response was we don’t do it for kids and we asked why and she said we just don’t after much debate she gave in to give us one but she they left a bad taste in our mouth already we just wanted to get the hell out of there as fast as possible so we took him to the bathroom to clean him up ourselves. When I called the girl whom I spoke to she was going to transfer me to her«Boss» but she hung up, I called back and I said you hung up on me then the«boss» says no she put you on hold. I advised them to get it together and retrain your employees on the phone system, hair cuts, register(while waiting the one girl couldn’t charge a customers credit card, the boss had to do it for her. That should’ve been a red flag of their incompetence) and above all else is the customer service. Terrible service and results you should be ashamed. I hope this experience only happened to us because otherwise your business will go down the drain quick! Best of luck to you.

Awful! I waited for 45 minutes while people who came in after me kept getting serviced. It would be one thing if they were communicating with me and letting me know what was going on. I’m a reasonable person. But instead, they didn’t say a word, no updates, no wait time and the girl at the front desk clearly had no clue what she was doing. I wouldn’t hire her if my life depended on it. I will never return and I will advise everyone I know to do the same.

Walked in and they told me it’ll be 25 minutes so I decided to wait, 15 minutes into waiting they call my name to tell me «oh they gave you the wrong wait time it’ll actually be another 35 — 50 minutes». Seriously?! I don’t mind waiting but don’t lie to me and expect me to wait an additional hour because you can’t keep track of your clients.

Just change your timings to when you can accept customers and please turn off the open sign if you are unable to take customers. You mentioned till 9 pm and I reached at 8.50 pm with 2 ladies available and no waiting. I unfortunately couldn’t reach before 8.50 pm and I think that should be more enough time to take care of a customer. I drove 4 miles to get to you but anyways please change the time so someone else can find options and don’t waste time coming to your location.

Fairly consistent in a great haircut. I always recommend calling in ahead to put yourself on the list. They are great about honoring your place in line based off your call time. This will save you a wait. They have toys behind the counter to keep your kids occupado, and a parking lot in the back, in case you can’t grab a spot on Greenleaf St. My personal favorite is Amanda, but most of the gals can do a great job.

Mildly motivated by the negative review of this Super Cuts, I decided to take a look for myself… Going next door to The Coffee Bean I’ve always pondered it, but never set foot until today. There was a bit of a wait, 30 minutes or so, but the person that checked me in was polite and courteous. Bee was the lady that assisted me today in cleaning up my hair and did a great job! Friendly, focused and professional. In short, I’m glad I gave them a second look and will start coming here since they are so close to home… At the end of the day, people complaining about a $ 15 haircut should get a flowbee and rock it out at home… 8)

They should make a t-shirt that says«I spent half a million dollars on a house and all I got was this stupid hair cut» I was looking at my phone and noticed this Supercuts only had one lousy review from 2008, so i decided to give them a break… and I was broke at the time… and had a coupon for a free haircut. I figured what the hell… It’s Supercuts right? Did I look«Super attractive» afterward? Na… I’ve looked better. Were they Super nice? Yep. The nice girl that cut my hair did her best to sound interested in what I had to say. Were they snobs like the other reviewer said? NOPE. I wandered in there with no appointment looking like a hairy homeless person with slight body odor and Tourette’s syndrome. Will I return? I dunno. Maybe.

Since the management changed, this store has been going down hill very bad. They are act holier than thou and just step on us minions who need a hair cut. Have tried twice to go there for a simple haircut and learned that they have set down some changes. First time I came after the change in management, I found that some of the good stylists that there have moved on and should have done the same. I learned that if you are not a friend, you get placed in an imaginary wait list. I went ahead and placed my name on the list and the two people who were getting their hair cut were done and they started on the other person waiting. They made me wait there for 20 minute as NOONE showed up. I asked how long I needed to wait, and they said they don not know. After 30 minutes I gave up and asked for a Biz card with the number and they just looked at me and said they were out. Now I am no Redford, but I am not some loser punk. I keep myself in shape and have to look professional as a part time EMT, was is why I needed the haircut. I decided chalk it up as a bad day and a month later I gave them another chance. I popped in an hour before closing on a Friday. And again they looked at me and said that they could not take me for they are only taking people with appointments. Only one other person was there. Remember that is was a hour before closing. I left and have not been there since. If I wanted that service, I go to a club. If you do go, I hope that they like you or you get the poor service I did.
