Absolute worst subway I’ve ever been too. Prices to high for a skimpy dry sandwich and I had the rudest old Indian lady ever!!! I ordered a tuna sandwich she did one scoop and totally skimped the second and smashed it around then rudely asked what else I wanted on it basically finger pinches of veggies that don’t cost crap to be so stingy with and threw the sandwich at me with attitude. Either she’s the stingy owner or she just is a miserable lady. BTW she should wear long sleeves or smile not only was she ugly because her personality sucked but she has a giant gross mole that hangs off her arm and grossed me out. Never again will I eat at this particular subway. Not that it matters, I work an a office off whittier blvd and their is hundreds of better places to eat at.

The place is clean, the food is great, but the customer service is lacking. This was my first time at a subway where I didn’t get greeted with a loud welcoming«welcome to subway!!!» Not a single smile.

The employees aren’t friendly so I decided to try this place a second time and the girl who was making my food kept touching/scratching her face with the gloves on then continued to make my sandwich GROSS! Won’t ever return to this subway doesn’t seem like the employees have their CA food handlers card or it’s probably expired assuming so by the workers biological contamination to the food.

It’s usually kept pretty clean. 1 sandwich maker could lose her attitude. 1 assist manager shouldn’t be an assist manager. They both lack people skills. As for the rest of the employees THUMBSUP! Food is good

Read the reviews. The owner must have talked to the«Sammich makers» because there was no attitude and they were friendly to us and to all of the customers behind us. The place was clean and the food was fresh. I’d come back.

I wish i read the reviews before i went to this store. I came here twice, both times after the gym with my boyfriend. The first time I was here, the two lady workers were having a conversation/flirting with a male customer. They paid me almost no attention even though i was standing right in front of them. When I finally got their attention, it was as if I was bothering them.(ok i get it, you both are talking to a «hot» guy, but do that on your own time, not when you are working). But I didn’t give that incident(first experience with the store) too much thought, thinking it’s just an isolated incident. Then came the second time I was here, no line, no «hot» guy, great! And i recognize the girl behind the counter from last time. However, this time she looked like she was super annoyed by us. The way she asked us what we wanted was a bit rude… or was it just me over thinking? Then it happened… at the end of my order, she asked me what sauce I wanted for my sandwich, i said sweet onion, then she goes on to squeeze half of the bottle on my sandwich… and gave me a dirty look. Was I not supposed to order a sandwich here? Or did she remember me from last time as the girl who interrupted her flirting with her«hot» guy? Well at the end, i went home with my wet sandwich which was dripping sauce… and you bet I won’t be coming back here again.

I plan to call the manager tomorrow. Absolutely horrible experience. I called ahead to place an order for a group of kids performing in a play. We got there and got A LOT of attitude from EMILY who actually threw a roll — actually slammed it down on the counter — when we were trying to correct her about our order. She got the order all wrong. Then when we ordered a tuna sandwich she said she had to go get tuna from the back and we said forget it – there was already tuna out in the front counter and we were worried she would spit it in or something. She sneered at us repeatedly and when I asked for the manager her colleague said they weren’t there. I asked for the name and she hesitated and finally told us. It took OVER30MINUTES to get 10 sandwiches. She knew we were on a tight time frame — we had called ahead. The kids were in their costumes. Yet she kept counting and recounting the sandwiches. Putting them in and out of bags. And delaying us because she was mad at me for asking for the manager’s name and for calling her out when she threw a roll. Other customers were in the store and witnessed the whole thing. We spend roughly $ 100/week there but we will never go again. A babysitter from a local college was helping me and has already started telling all of her friends to stop going there. We are sending everyone to TOGOS. Whoever owns this franchise would be horrified if they playback the security video of Emily’s behavior. I wonder what else she has done to customers? STAYAWAY.

Stopped by this subway for a quick bite to eat. Came around 1:30p so a little busy during the lunch rush. Service was meh.mediocre. Pretty clean. No bathrooms, as usual. Overall, not bad.
