Best shaved ice I’ve been to! My kids love it too! Prices are very reasonable. Wish I lived closer. Scotty’s is also flower shop. They get very busy in the summer for shaved ice, so expect to wait in line!

FIXTHEBATHROOM!!! You know it won’t flush, buy a kit $ 20 @ Home Depot please. Spend a little money to make money, keep it clean. Workers: u have a tip jar, I tipped, wipe the tables please! Shave ice is Cheap and close to home. $ 2 small, $ 2.50 large, two flavor so, spend the Zara .50 cents and get extra fine Hawaiian style. Average is like a snow cone, and Hawaiian is like snow. 4stars: flavor a and price: Strawberry was a bit tart, but my son enjoyed. Bubble gum & pineapple, my daughter devoured. Pima colada and watermelon good combo, sweet, but not too much.

This may be our new fave spot. We frequent Shave-It on Firestone but after coming here we may be here more for one main reason, the price! We can get 2 here for the price of one over there. To be honest their flovors aren’t as sweet as Shave-It and not as good a selection but for the price it’s worth it. Me and my daughter looooove shaved ice and since Summer is here I’m sure Scottys will be seeing us again soon! Honorable Mention: pay the .50 for the fine ice, real Hawaiian Style.

There’s no hours of operation anywhere posted! It was frustrating and disappointing driving all the way over there to find out it was closed at 6:15 pm on a Monday.

Price is GREAT! Only $ 2 for a large«shaved ice»… Brings me to why I only gave it 3 stars and not 5… It Is Not Shaved Ice, it is a SNOWKONE… I would have paid $ 3 – 4 dollars for an actual shaved ice!!! Will go back for a snow kone though!

Love the shaved ice with ice cream at the bottom! Prices are so reasonable. It gets pretty crowded in the summer… but so worth it YUMMY!

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover is definitely the idiom that comes to mind when describing Scotty’s. After a marathon shopping spree at Target the mini-me and I were on the lookout for something cool. I’ve seen Scotty’s a million times but always thought it was a flower shop and what do you know? It IS a flower shop with a small counter selling shaved ice, boba, and tea… what! When you walk in you will see floral arrangements and the person that makes them hacking away at roses. Then there are a couple of plastic tables and chairs to enjoy the shaved ice and a little counter where you place your drink orders. It’s random as hell! Now, shaved ice is shaved ice. There is nothing special about it and no way to eff it up. But Scotty’s has found a way to make it the shit and then some by adding ice cream at the bottom. So maybe they aren’t the only one’s that do this, who knows. All I know is I bought it here, I loved it, and it was all of $ 2.50 for a TUBE of awesomeness. It tasted like those creamsicles they sell at the market. Nuff said, I am a fan!

We drive from Moreno Valley to visit family in Whittier and love to stop here and order a black peach tea with boba and the past three visits have been very disappointing. They either don’t have the tea, the peach or the boba. We keep going in hopes that they do but have not had any luck!

Really wanted to try this place when we showed up it was closed. Their sign said open and their are no posted hours of operation there were people inside but didn’t acknowledge us about 3 other customers showed up as well we had to tell them it was closed. Please post hours of operation because at 6:30pm we didn’t expect it to be closed. I hope we can try this next time but we will defiantly call 1st.

They say don’t judge a book by its cover though I tend to make that mistake over and over. This small one-story building houses two businesses-flowers and shaved ice(boba and yogurt too!). You can’t miss it. It’s right at the corner of Colima and Lambert. There’s ample parking space at the back. I’ve only been to a few shaved ice places, but this is the BEST one so far. Why? You actually taste the flavors not just the ice. They certainly don’t skimp on the syrup. I find it funny because they don’t appear to be very sophisticated. Imagine your Grandma preparing your shaved ice treat for you in her kitchen. That’s what it felt and looked like. I had a large Waiola, a combination of lemon, pineapple and coconut. I asked for ice cream and boba which cost extra. I only paid $ 3.27 total. Not bad. Please note that they only offer one ice cream flavor-vanilla. There are tables and chairs where you can hang out surrounded by flower arrangements and greeting cards. I read a book for a little bit. I took one star out because of the service. It was extremely slow and no courtesies were exchanged. But I let it slide since Grandma might have been in a bad mood or was just busy that day. The line was getting longer and longer. I mean I had to watch a teenage couple make out in front of me while waiting for their order. But how can you be mad at Grandma? I shall return to smell the flowers and enjoy their shaved ice again.

Good shaved ice and a variety of flavors to choose from. Great place to take the team/kids after a game.

this place is the BOMB! it’s more than a flower shop. it’s the BEST place to get shaved ice. I always get pineapple ice with 2 scoops of vanilla at the bottom, YUM! it’s an awesome price too! they definitely pack on the ice. the large definitely feeds 2! if your not stingy anyway;) I took off one star because the employees here seem to have horrible manners, and look like they hate life and are annoyed. they need to be nicer and smile. that’s why they never get tips. but the overall outcome of my shaved ice is what keeps me coming back.

This may look like a flower shop from the outside but this speakeasy is hiding a delectable treat that is so cheap and so delicious that I had to come on Unilocal and rave about it! This is still hands down my favorite shave ice spot in California. Unfortunately, I live almost an hour+ away from here. I have been to many knock off wanna-be Hawaii shave ice stops and this is still definitely number one. Their ice melts in your mouth the way it should. They use the perfect amount of syrup where you get the flavor in every single bite. And let me tell you, they have TONS of flavors. They also put ice cream on the bottom of the bowl if you’re into that. I’m a traditionalist with my Hawaii blend of pineapple cherry and bubblegum. mmmm… I think I am already missing the heat from summer!

One of the best shaved ice! I had the strawberry shaved ice with ice cream inside, this is something everyone should try. It’s very different but in a good way, service wasn’t that bad but not the best, but it all comes down to the food which was great!

this location does two things: Flower arrangments and drinks. I will ignor the fact that I am pretty sure that the person making my drink is a new employee, and I will come out and say that the drink that I had that day(caramel frapp with Boba) was HORRIBLE! –no caramel. –barley blended and it looked like a cup of ice and COCONUTJUICE. For drinks, I would not suggest this place. 3⁄5

The have a ton of flavors and great prices. The ice could be shaved finer and the service could be more consistent. Sometimes they’re a little stingy on the syrup and you end up sucking on flavorless ice. I’ll keep coming back for the price and the seemingly endless variety of flavors and extras(ice cream, condensed milk etc.)
