First time and there are so many Love(s). Chocolate Fish Cake Waffle($ 0.50) is best eaten when its freshly made. Love it. Milk Tea Boba is on promotion($ 1). For only a dollar, it’s a really good deal. Love it. Hot Ginger Tea is really good. Usually ginger tea that I ordered at a random place like that does not have that strong ginger spice but this does! Love it. There’s a cute popcorn machine and popcorns is free! Love it.

Place was completely empty when we arrived around 8pm, so our drinks were ready super fast. Looks like a nice place to hang out, lots of seating, TV, popcorn. My boys tried the iced coffee milk tea boba, they compared it to some other place we used to frequent and they said it was okay. Not the best but local and convenient when you get that boba craving. I tried a sip and it was extremely sweet. The young lady working was very nice. Will visit again and try some other flavors, noticed they have shaved snow as well.

I just remembered today but four years ago there was a super rude employee that made me never want to come back again.

Give it 3 stars. Been coming here for a while… tonight gave me a huge disappointment. Ordered a regular iced jasmine milk tea. Right when I received it, finished the drink within 5 seconds… the lady filled my cup 90% of ice. Asked for refill, not a problem. Problem: drink was not what it seemed as before. I’m really disappointed. Hopefully it will be better next time… wish they had their $ 1 milk tea back lol

Been here a lot over the years, they are consistent, and they have cheap taiyaki, yum!

I haven’t found as good iced/frozen milk tea at any other boba-serving restaurant in the past 6 years. They have the best! I love their red bean fish cakes, and their shaved ice dessert bowl. Every time I’m back in town, I stop here and get a milk tea. When I lived locally, I’d go twice a week!

Never go there! Owner is rude! and bad service!!! Even one star is a waste! I went just now while I am doing hair next door. They are doing promotion like one dollar milk tea for one person. So I asked 3 more milk tea for hair salon personnels. But the owner told me like the fair … bulabula! I can understand that she followed her rule but what she told me was very rude! I will never go again!

The business is vey slow. There’s only 1 worker so it takes a long time. :(Other than that it’s a cute boba place with great deals on the drinks!

Very friendly staff :) They have great milk teas. The red bean buns and fish cakes are the best.

Well this is a small little place tucked behind a strip mall. Good thing you can easily see the sign driving up Beach. I ordered the Coconut Milk Tea with Boba. after waiting 20 minutes, seeing the lady who was waiting for her drink that was there before me ask for a refund, I went ahead and was about to ask for a refund as well. But then the girl was able to make it in 30 seconds. –___– I didn’t give one star because the poor girl was literally by herself working pretty hard at rush hour 5pm, there was a few people who ordered drinks for what seemed like 10 people. AND she was making food all while trying to get something out. As far as the taste, Meh. It wasn’t bad, but not great. After *20* minutes, I’m not sure if a small drink is worth it whether it is good or not. I’m sure a lot of it was bad timing, but yikes the wait!

This is the closest Boba place to home. We sometimes order at Kwik Pick sandwich, walk over to Boba Ya and order a drink. Pros: Green Tea Milk Tea with Boba. Very delicious(+1) Pineapple Mango Smoothie with Boba. This drink is consistently delicious all the times I have ordered it the past many years(+1) Close to home. Never too crowded. They have free popcorn these days. Cons: There is always only one employee. Drinks might take couple of minutes up to 10 minutes. On a couple of occasions, there were couple of Boba that were hard and not chewy. No Bueno.(–1)

This place was good, but pretty much just like any other boba place I’ve been to. They had good service and their staff was nice, but there are other places closer to where I live. Also, they weren’t very busy so I’ll probably just go to somewhere closer to home next time. I had an Oreo smoothie with boba, which was good!

Never turns on their AC. Consistently 85+ degrees inside. Drinks are watered down and can’t enjoy it when I’m profusely sweating. I’ve come several times in the past year and it’s always been hot.

I haven’t tried any of the food items here. The drinks are generally in the 3 $-4 $ range. There is a Boba Time and Boba Loca nearby. Generally, this place isn’t too packed or loud as there are many students that come in here to study. The vibe is a lot more relaxed and homely versus Boba Time and Boba Loca.

Had a craving for boba and this happened to be in the same plaza that my friends and I had lunch in. Really good honeydew milk tea! Boba was actually pretty soft and chewy as well. Friendly service too!

Pretty much ok. I got a coconut milk tea with boba. Might have been better if the boba were prepared a little fresher or honey infused. I got a stomach ache after but then again I drank it too fast.

The location was a little difficult to find but you can’t really blame the shop for that. It’s in a little shopping mall area with not much else. Have your maps/directions out and ready so you don’t miss it. The restaurant is small. Plain and simple and the Boba/drink station is very small. Plan for cash only or a $ 5 minimum if you plan to use your card. My friend ended up having to pay for two drinks. There were no exceptions. Drinks were relatively cheap I guess so that was a perk. We barely broke $ 5 with both drinks. Service could have been a little better though. My friend ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with boba which she said was pretty good. I defaulted to Thai tea with boba. The boba was alright. It was a little soft for my liking but overall it wasn’t bad. Not much sitting room inside or out. I might come back if I were in the area but this isn’t necessarily somewhere I’d run back to for a boba fix.

Friendly service, delicious beverages… But horrible boba. When your namesake and logo are boba, how can you produce these cold, hard as tire rubber tapioca pearls and be proud of it? Ugh. Milk Tea and Thai Tea were above-average delicious; but that boba really ruined it.
