McDonald’s

I go here for lunch regularly because it’s close to work and today I got two dead flies in my soda. The soda machine is probably full of maggots. I though things this absurd only happened in movies.
I will not be heading back.

I went here a month or two ago after work I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash brown I had to pull over and wait for my hash brown as I was waiting (not sure if she was manager) came out and apologized and said I’m so sorry I was rushing to bring your hash brown out and I dropped it she offered to bring me a ice cream cone while I waited for my hash brown (which was great customer service) when she did bring my hash brown out she included a toy in bag (she saw that I had purchased one) and apologized again for the delay. That was the best customer service I have had in a long time at a fast food restaurant.

Came here around 3:15 AM and all I have to say is if ayou’re going to have an establishment that is open 24 hours. Please uphold that promise. I arrived here for a late night snack to no employees around. I sat around waiting for someone to come and help me but nothing was done. I honked my horn, asked around and still nothing. I called the number to the store and no answer. Mind you I wasn’t the only person wanting to order. There were 3 – 4 cars pulling in the entire time I was trying to find an employee to take my order. Please figure out whether your establishment will be open 24 hours or not. This is completely unacceptable. It doesn’t matter what line of business you’re in if you’re going to make a promise to your consumers about the hours of operation follow through with them.

The staff is nice and if you want a good coffee or treat it’s a good stop. Just stay away from those burgers, you can taste the preservatives in that fake meat.
And the location sucks because you’re at the mercy of the traffic when you try to exit onto Painter. There’s a traffic light nearby so it’s tough to get back onto the road without averting a collision.

Refried fries, refried nuggets, epic fail. So much for a good visit to this location.
Seeing they were low on fries I wasn’t surprised they refried mine after returning them for being overly salty.

I come here during lunch a lot and order the south west salad. The service is fast and friendly however this is the 3^rd time they forget to add the dressing packet and utensils :-(and I always usually notice when I’m driving back. Also I always ask for grilled chicken and they give me crispy.

Some of the staff are nice and try hard. Management is not so great.

Stopped by our local Mickie D’s and again through the drive through wrong order! The young man taking the order was great but the girls at the window are horrible little attitude slinging snobs!:(I specifically asked for sweet n sour dip for my sons nuggets (twice)! The girl at the window assured me with a tude,“yeah it’s in the bag”. I should have known to check. Being in a hurry I didn’t and low and behold, WRONG ITEM AGAIN!!:(the only reason I gave this location a star is that the fries are the best! Service at the drive through is fast but service is very unprofessional. Management needs to hire and or train these associates much better!

Please enforce the Age limit at the play place. Why 12+ year Olds are climbing and jumping all over the place while 3 – 6 year Olds trying to play is beyond me.

Always dirty tables when I come! Not very clean! Don’t really like this McDonald’s… also rude customer service… how are you going to work with people and be rude!

The manager is uncaring about the community. A local elementary had their fundraiser there and she didn’t pop her head out once to see how things were going despite PTA president asking her to come out. The place was not festive as it was last year. I hope it gets moved next year to a more appreciating venue

This McDonald’s is owned by the same people that own the ones located on Telegraph Rd west of Carmenita Rd. As well as the one inside of Walmart in the same lot. Any how they tore the pld place down and built up a new one from the ground up with a play place. It’s o.k. the set up is nice my son likes it I guess that’s what really matters. He’s a kid. I am giving this McDonald’s 3 stars unfortunately due to the lack of personnel and slight un-​cleanliness of the restrooms at times along with the tables for the kids in the play place, floor all spotted with spilled stuff like soda. It’s not entirely McDonald’s staffs fault it has alot to do with the people like myself that patronize the place and unfortunately are dirty and can’t seem to throw away thier own garbage. It goes to show as society gets lazier so do the places where those same people tend to get hired.

This place used to be the worst McDonald’s to come to. They had re done everything and now it looks a lot nicer. They now have two speakers to order from to make service faster. Although the new one is never on when I go.

Do not use the drive thru if it’s after midnight. It took 15min just to get my order of a cheeseburger and fries. Keep in mind there was no one else in the drive thru. When I got home less then 5 min away, my food was disgusting. It was so cold, and tasted like it was so old. Let me also add, that I asked for no onion, but it seemed like they put extra. Ugh! Stay away if you can.

Let me start off by saying, It’s McDonald’s. I’d much prefer to order a burger from just about anywhere else. I only walked in because i was getting tires installed across the street (no car to go anywhere else) and i didn’t want Burger King.
The play place entrance is located inside and not sectioned off with doors. So if you like eating with 30+ kids screaming their heads off and running around all over the restaurant, this is the place for you.
I walked up to the counter and waited for 2 minutes before a confused worker asked me if i had been helped yet. I ordered a hamburger happy meal with fries and a soda. After she fumbled with her register, she asked again if i wanted fries. Then all of a sudden she stops what she’s doing and turns to talk to her manager and tells her to, «go in there (pointing to the play place), she’s over there waiting!» I’m assuming her daughter or someone was at McDonald’s and was more concerned about them than taking my order.
After she gave me my receipt, it took 10 minutes to get my happy meal ready. I mean, really? It’s a happy meal. It’s not rocket science. Hell, it’s not a gourmet burger, either! 10 minutes waiting for a happy meal is like waiting 45 minutes for my custom burger at The Counter. It was even more amusing when another employee asked if i had been helped while i was standing there waiting with the receipt in my hand.
Ah well. It’s McDonald’s.

Always good when I am in the area and need coffeee …

Snapshot review: This location has a very oldish feel to it, like a worn out old shoe. The table I sat at had uncleaned coffee stains, and after sitting down for a few minutes to send an important email or 2, I was overcome by the absolute miasma that was hanging over this location like a dark cloud and decided to leave without ordering a single thing. 1 Star
The staff: not one person approached me or greeted me from the time I came in until the time I left. 1 Star

I don’t know how it is possible to make mistakes all the time! Really?! I ordered a Bacon Buffalo Ranch Crispy Chicken, the $ 2 one, and they forgot the fucking BACON! Really??? How the Fuck, do you forget the main item from a simple chicken sandwich?! This isn’t the first time they have messed up my items, on ANY ITEM! Even drinks! I stopped going there for that reason, but because I only had a few buck in cash I went there. Couldn’t think they can fuck up an item so simple.
I work right across the street, so when my clients come and ask where is a good place to eat, I always HIGHly suggest not to come to this McDonald’s because of horrible service. My crew and I always suggest Tam’s, or one of the restaurants that’s at the quad. Better Food, Better Prices for what you get, and WAY BETTER SERVICE!

I wish I could give this McDonald’s a ZERO star rating. I always go to McDonalds mentally preparing myself that they WILL mess up my order and that they WILL give me ATTITUDE when I point it out. I know that asking for a plain cheeseburger is like asking for them to build me a rocket and launch it to outer space.
However, I have NEVER in my freaken life had ever been treated like I was at this place anywhere! I went to this particular McDonald’s drive thru and order a number one. I was asked if I wanted the combo large and I said yes. I picked up my order and sure enough I got a large soda and medium fries. I checked my receipt and I had been charged for a large meal. At this point, I was not at the window anymore so I had to drive back, park, and go inside to have them fix it.
I walk to the counter and told the girl the issue. She throws me this look and then says «So you want a refund for your meal because the fries are the wrong size?» Um, NO. I want what I ordered which is a large meal that includes LARGE fries.
So another employee comes over, looks at the receipt and tells me I wasn’t charged large fries and I needed to pay a .60 cent difference. I almost laughed but instead I asked her: «So when a customer orders a large combo, does that only include a large soda and medium fries?» I really just wanted to understand because it seems you have to order in code to get something right at McDonalds. She said No, a large combo comes with a large fries and large soda. So then, I asked, if I paid for a large combo which was clearly listed on my receipt, why did I have to pay any difference for my correct size fries.
She didn’t have an answer and I guess she felt stupid because she proceeded to SNATCH the bag off my hands (like literally paper cut snatched!) turned around, threw the bag in the trash and walked away. ACA-​EXCUSE YOU!
Oh Lord, my head spun like the Exorcist, I was pissed as hell! But she wasn’t as stupid as she seemed because she never came back to the counter and called the other girl, who btw just stood there staring at me the whole time, to come and get my fries. That little girl saw I was on fire and just offered a lame apology and said she was new. Like I care.
Word of advice: If you hate your job, quit. Oh and the bag snatchers name was Cheryln. I will never. ever. spend another dime at a McDonalds again. And I am boycotting them til the day I die!!!

What can you expect? Specially from people who has no education & that is why they work here… & I hope they can read this! Haha
