Too bad I couldn’t give a negative star rating! This so called attorney opened my divorce case in 2011 and was still opened until my ex and I decided to remove him from the case earlier this month. We had to do everything ourselves because he didn’t do a thing but open the case and as of today it’s finalized! Oh and he didn’t bother telling my ex that his fee waiver was declined and was scheduled to make payments to the court, he had to pay everything up front today. This guy was a waste of time and his staff is very incompetent none of the staff members ever knew what was going on with our case! So glad it’s finally over and his licence should be revoked!

Had a case regarding child support/​custody. I was helped in great an courteous way. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and funny. I appreciate anything and everything they have done for me and my children. Plus, he contacted me later on to see how things are going now even after the case. Thank you James!

Seriously, this man is a pig! Type his name in Google or Facebook and see for yourself, unbelievable and easy not to take serious.
The only reason I went there is because I work nearby and thought I’d give them a try. I needed help w/​my bankruptcy. I finally got an appointment (that should have been red flag number one, if I hadn’t called back after leaving messages, they would have never contacted me) and ended up retaining him — even making payments, he definitely reminded me to pay in full in order for him to get started. I did. He didn’t do anything, until they finally got fed up with me pestering them. After that I waited patiently and nothing. I never got calls unless he was asking for more money. I told my co workers who stated their situations when they paid or were paying documents were getting filed and told me to drop him/​them and go some where else. Of course he wouldn’t give me my money back, or at least some of it. And the response to my complaints was «I don’t call back everyday, I’m very busy & I have too many clients I’m handling» — wow, that was a slap in the face.
Oh why did I go there? What the hell was I thinking because it was local business? The other funny thing is that he actually thinks he’s a «luchador» of the law., that means fighter in Spanish, like the wrestlers (Lucha Libre or more like Nacho Libre)
Don’t waste your time or money. He’s unethical and very crooked business practices.

Saw the article about filing a lawsuit against Anaheim. Another frivolous lawsuit trying to get money they don’t deserve. Two guys trying to figure a way to beat the system and get the city to pay them some money. What a shame, and this ambulance chaser helping them.
