Doublz

Service was horrible the chasier was rude did not say hello to us. We waited for her to take our order she was to busy watching the soccer game. I used to like this place. I won’t return again. They really need to find some one who has a great personality makes me sad becosue they do have good food there.

We had no complaints about Doublz until today. Check your order before you dive off, open the containers or you might get home with someone elses’ food. Also our ranch dressing was spoiled.

Came in today to eat some chili cheese fries. The food was delicious, but the place was a mess. Tables were dirty as well as the floor. You would think on their down time they would clean up, but so they rather chit chat away.

I eat at this restaurant once a week this is the last time I am just now leaving on several occasions I’ve had to talk to them about overcharging me this was the last time the absolute last time Not only was Sonia trying to overcharge me when she figured out the correct amount with my help she obnoxiously said look what a good deal you’re getting so I cancelled my order and went on my way again my last visit there

Second message I just spoke with Jose the store manager and told him my concerns he was extremely helpful and concerned about my visit I do very much appreciate that and told me that he would speak with Sonia regarding the way that she speaks to customer again thank you Jose for addressing my concerns

I went to buy breakfast burritos today. And I was told that they could only take cash due to the atm was not working. So I had to go to the bank and get cash. When I returned I asked the manager if I can get a discount for now my cold burritos. He said not only will I give you a discount but I will give you four extra burritos at no charge. I was very pleased with his offer due to having to make the trip to the bank. The burritos were very good.

Chile cheese fries were the worst ever and they charge $ 6.53 the cheese was like valveda crap.

First time eating here and they are definitely hands down delicious! Their onion rings are the best I have ever had. The French fries are very very good too!

Eat lunch here once and a while. Decent burgers. Usually get a burger combo and it is more food then I want at lunch. Prices are decent also.

I come here often for breakfast on my way into work. The lady that takes orders and is at the window is always so rude. (she has no name tag… but has blonde/​brown hair) she never smiles. If you ask a question you get an eye roll… Damn if you hate your job. Leave. The food is good which is why i return. And they have the best fries … Just need to get help that appreciate the job… or at least pretend to.

I don’t come here often but I do love their food and they make it fresh when u order it. Their salads are massive enough to feed you twice that day lol. And its not just their salads but pretty much everything you order on the menu is going to keep you full for days.

The Owner of this burger restaurant need a good Corporate kick-​in-​the-​ass.
1) Mediocre service, the girl at the window wasn’t paying attention as i was asking her a question, then they had an internet problem so they had to re-​swipe my debit card because «Their Service» went out… Sure
2) They Loaded up my Bacon & Egg breakfast burrito with 90% potato and i didn’t realize it until i got home. Because i’m a Fat Guy, i was too lazy to get back into my car and drive 4-​miles to have them correct this, or i would have.

Attention people the cooks at this location are very dirty and have poor hygiene. I ordered some breakfast and stood there observing the cooks work. I was baffled and dismayed to see the cook touch his sweaty face and NOT wash his hands afterwards. He continued to cook and handle food without washing his hands let alone wearing NO gloves. The other cook uses the same nife to cut everything including your toast, talk about cross contamination.

I love their chicken sandwiches! Their fries are really yummy as well, always perfectly seasoned. One combo is definitely enough to share. The drive thru workers are always really nice and polite.

Idk how many times I say plan burger and they fuck that up, I was literally just there and some new girl has this fucking smile on her stupid face. I don’t think I’m going back and I’ve been going to this one for years now. They have to step up their game

I hope someone higher up sees this! Sonia is the best worker there! She helps me and my mom everyone we go there! She always has a big smile and is super friendly, not to just us but everyone!!! Sonia I hope you see this!!! You are amazing! Keep up the good work! I’m serious. You deserve a promotion, raise, SOMETHING!

Love their chili cheese fries with ranch! Fattening but oh so so good! Guys, don’t order large unless you have a big appetite!

OMG! DO NOT EAT HERE! my sister and me went to all go get food for the family. Then as I’m eating my plain burger, that I also asked to be cooked well done. HAD MOLD IN IT! so fucking nasty. never again will I eat doublz. At least not from this one, or there burgers anyone.

First time here was Tuesday. They offer a discount for school employees on this day. I had the grilled chicken salad. So freakin! good! Employees were super friendly too: D

This place is just a great local spot that all my friends and I love to come to! Big portions and good prices! Good quality also! :)

First of all, the staff is so incompetent and rude. The restaurant itself is small, and very little parking space in the back. First time here and probably not coming back to this particular doublz. The one in Montebello is much better.
