Friendly customer service

I agree with some of the other reviewers in that the employees are rude. I’ve been licensed for 2 years and I have visited here since being a student at Toni and Guy. I learned fairly quickly to know what I’m purchasing and I NEVER ask the employees for advice. they usually aren’t licensed or seem to know anything about the color lines they offer. More selection than salon centric, way better products than Sally’s, but you have to deal with their «associates».

I feel so lucky to have a CosmoProf just around the corner. Every time I come here it’s usually me and one other customer around. I like the peace and quiet because it allows me to take my time reading ingredients and comparing prices. The staff is eager to help and very knowledgeable about beauty. You can only shop here if you have a beauty license.
My latest purchase was a the newest Paul Mitchell hair straightener as recommended by one of their staff and I am absolutely loving how well it straightens AND curls my hair.

I was so looking forward to coming here. Until I met two of the workers, so unwelcoming.
I attend Cosmetology school at Fullerton college. I’ve been going to salon centric and Sally’s for 7 months from now. But it’s a drive for me. Since I live. .near by the area, I’ve decided to give this place a chance. Any who.. I came by.. . FULLY DRESSED in my UNIFORM (my shirt says Fullerton College cosmetology). that proves enough, and name tag.. . Oh gets better.. . With my time card and I.D. It says Level 4, so I’m a senior by now. I become the stylist by this January. The girl at the register asked for the time card and I.D. That’s all! Just like all the other places, like salon centric and Sally’s. I was prepared. The lady was writing my name down on the student sign up sheet. She asked me when I graduate? Me with no hesitation: I graduate March 10. She asked, can I see.. .. I don’t see it on the time card. She’s talking to me like, if l was some kind of idiot.
I told her, I wasn’t aware I had to bring my graduation date. I was asked, by sally’s and Salon Centric, when I graduate. but I didn’t need my the paper to prove when I graduate?
Cause even the other Cosmoprof I went to in Anaheim, they were totally friendly and said, all I needed was a time card and I.D. Just like the other places. I even double checked. So I told the girl: I’m sorry I don’t have my graduation date with me, I just came back all the way from Fullerton. She was such a «B». .. So she asked her co worker slash manager.. If she can still fill the out the form, she mention I had my time card and I.D. The manager said, «Nope».. We need the graduation date. Sorry.. Come back another day.
I was going to ignore the reviews. Please don’t come here. I’m pretty sure they treat there stylist a lot better. But not the students. I would rather drive to Salon Centric in Fullerton or Sally’s or the Cosmoprof in Anaheim. «F$&@ this place»

Love shopping at this location. They’re always so nice and helpful. They always have everything I need and they always have an answer for every question I have!

Worst ever! Came in for some stuff I needed & the employee is on the phone talking about her personal life, never greeted or asked me if i needed assistance. The manager was super rude to say the least! Poor customer service!

I have been shopping at this location since they opened. I LOVE this location as they always have what I need in stock. I am super self sufficient but when I have a question there is always someone knowledgeable to help me :)

i absolutely hate the manager who works here. she is a witch with a capital B. this place has NO customer service when you have to deal with her. Something that has no reason to fight, she WILL make a fight out of it.
