They killed one of my parents cats!
Last year my parents brought their overweight, elderly cat there. She had trouble with her bowel movements and they tried taking the feces out manually. They pushed down on her back and her back legs so hard it caused one of her legs to become dislocated from her hip socket.
The leg couldn’t be put back into the socket so there were only 2 options. 1. To have surgery, which she might not make it through because she was so old and she had a heart murmur or 2. leave her like that and let her live the rest of her life in pain without being able to walk the way she used to.
My parents didn’t want to do the surgery so they let her try to live and hoped that she wouldn’t be in pain. Since seeing this vet, her quality of life had gone downhill so much that she couldn’t even walk anymore. All she could do was take 3 or 4 steps at a time.
Eventually they had to put her to sleep because she was in too much pain.
What kind of veterinarian is so ignorant that they pushed down on her back and her back legs so hard it caused one of her legs to become dislocated from her hip socket??? That’s just flat out uncaring ignorance if you ask me.
This place should have their license taken away and they should not be in business.
