Pizza Hut

Hot and delicious, I always order and they come on time and apply discounts, one time I was charged for wings I never recievedts

We were in town today to drop some things off for our daughter who is a student at the university here. Decided to take her out for pizza and thought Pizza Hut was a safe choice. We were so wrong. There was one waitress and apparently it was her first day. In her defense, she was a sweet girl and if someone would bother to train her she would likely do a good job. We got our drinks and ordered the cheese sticks and a large stuffed crust pizza. I actually don’t know how long we waited because luckily we weren’t in a hurry, so we just child and talked. And if I had watched the time I would have just gotten angry. But it was a long time. When we did finally get our food it was both the cheese sticks and the pizza at the same time. Now, we ordered the cheese sticks because we wanted warm, gooey cheese. Not bread sticks. When they came the cheese was skimpy and dried out and crusty. And she forgot the marinara sauce. The pizza was warm, but when I order in at a pizza place I expect my pizza to be «burn my mouth hot» and fresh out of the oven. Both items had clearly been sitting for a bit. Again, three in house customers and a few carry outs while we were there. The pizza wasn’t bad, but the over all experience was terrible. And I agree with a previous post, the bathroom was a disaster. Never again.

Ordered an hour and a half ahead of time. As usual the order wasn’t done on time. By some miracle it is right. This will be the last time we order from here.

Took over 2 hours just for them to deliver my pizza and they didn’t even give me a discount for the inconvenience. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Horrible service waited a half an hour for our check. Our waitress have our breadsticks to the table next to us and I got whaffle fries that were room temp. Defiantly never coming back here.

Good service, good pizza. Probably #2 best pizza in Whitewater.
