Great experience for kids of all ages (boys and girls) Dance helps with self esteem, confidence, coordination, discipline. All the teachers are excellent and have been through the years. my daughter danced there for 15 years. She was on the heavy side, but no one ever made her like an out. It was a real confidence builder. After so many years, you feel like you a part of the family. I am so happy that even with the addition of new dance schools, Mary Lou is still thriving. We look forward to bringing our little niece there this year.
