They’re very shady and unprofessional. One of the agents in the office gave me the listing price of a property that was 200k over priced to begin with and then not even 20 seconds later texts me and says oh the price went up! I asked how did that happen 20 seconds ago it was x amount and now it’s raised? And her response was the owner is crazy and raised it! Not even 20 seconds after giving me the list price. But because she knew I was interested in the property — boom she tries to raise it! I guess they lost my trust and recommendation of a good real estate co. That’s not the way to do business.
