To care for my new puppy. My sister even uses their services for her new pup and is extremely satisfied! I definitely miss having them as our dog walkers!

I cannot say enough about IHPS of Forest Hills. Diana has been a lifesaver to us. We recently moved to the neighborhood with our two pups. Our older girl has anxiety and has never lived anywhere else besides where we brought her home to. Long story short, new neighborhood, new building, new walker, and getting back into the walking routine resulted in some distressed behavior. Diana was incredibly patient through all of this, never gave up and kept working at the relationship. We were blown away by her professionalism and most importantly, her kindness and compassion. Our girls are happy when we get home and so are we! Thank you Diana!

My 1^st time experience with in home pet services forest hills was really pleasant. Diana and Maria were really sweet and professional. Emails always got answered promptly. It was quick and easy to set up the consultation. The consultation itself went pretty quick too and I was even a bit worried if they were able to write down everything. But a week later when I came back home from vacation, I saw that everything was done exactly in the way I wanted. My cat was happy too– I can tell. It was not an easy feeling to leave the cat home alone for a week but Maria and Diana made it so easy for me. I wish I found them sooner.

Walter LOVES his Swifto Walkers… Donny Boetger & Audrey Twitchell are like family to him and to us :) We are one of «those» couples whose dog is our child with fur — so having support, care takers, playmates, quality dependable, likeable, lovable dog walkers like Donny & Audrey are PRICELESS!!! Every day not only does Walter go on a new adventure, we get photos, stories and updates both on the physical and emotional and more than anything else have peace of mind that Walter is happy, healthy and loved. My dog, Quincy, is an older dog with tons of love, but a bunch of special needs, especially his bad knees. Every one of the walkers gives him their special attention, makes sure he gets his medicines, follows his special instructions for walking, and especially gives lots of love (and belly rubs). And Quincy is always walked by himself as he needs to be (for his legs).
Quincy loves each of the walkers. They leave detailed notes in his notebook. Their office is very easy to deal with. They are without a doubt the best walkers that I have ever used. I have recommended them to friends and think they are outstanding.

I would absolutely recommend IHPS to anyone in the area looking for a walking service. I’ve used them for over one year now and they are so reliable which is comforting knowing my dog is taken care of. Brooklyn loves her walkers (they recently had a change in staff and were sad Stephanie left) and they’re super accommodating if I end up having to work late. Diana is an absolutely pleasure to interact with and her sister Maria is lovely as well!

I used their services a few times and my disappointment got to the point that I should write a review here. The main reason I chose them was a cheaper price than other pet sitter services.
I hired Diana to home sit my 2 cats and the first time was not so bad. She gave me a discount for a long term service and also sent me emails with pics of my cats like she advertised. But that level of service didn’t last.
The second time… no discount with the reason it took too long to take care of cats. It was only feeding the can food and litter box cleaning but fine whatever. No more emails with pics. Fine again. My AC which I plugged out was plugged back and used. Fine. But when I saw the disgusting water in their bowls and the wrecked bathroom (I specifically requested all doors should be closed), I had to complain.
The third time I installed a webcam and I told her about it too. No email whatsoever this time and mediocre service. No reason to hire them again.

We have been using IHPS for 2−½ years now for our cats and are 100% satisfied. Maria and Diana are fantastic. Whether we are away for a weekend or out of the country for a week or two on vacation, I have peace of mind knowing the kids are in good hands. They both email me with updates and send pics of the kitties getting brushed and loved. Great girls and great service. Highly recommend hiring these two. Thank you Maria and Diana.

I have been using IHPS for a few years and am very happy with this company. I often have to call them at the last minute, and they always try to make it work, which I really appreciate.
Buckley is over 100 lbs and 10 years old, but is very happy and tired when I get home to him, so I assume that means they gave him a good walk!
I would recommend them to anyone, truly a professional company who cares about their clients!

I have been with IHPS for almost 3 years now. They have been walking my dog, Goobie since I first got him as a baby. Diana the owner is great and always tries to accomodate your needs. All the walkers are amazing too. They keep a notebook in your home and write in it after they walk your dog so they always keep you updated. They will tell you if your pet wasn’t feeling well, whether he peed and pooped and if any issues arose.
I have Goobie walked monday through friday since I work full time. I also can depend on them for last minute walks when I work late. I have never had any issues with them. When Goobie was a puppy he had several accidents which was all cleaned up by the time I got home. They never charged extra or complained about it. Always very caring and understanding that he was still a puppy. Even when Goobie started becoming aggressive with the walkers, they were patient and set him up with one steady walker, Stephanie who is absolutely amazing. I never worry about Goobie during the week because I know he’s in good hands. I would highly recommend their services.

We’ve been using In Home Pet Services of Forest Hills for the past 2 yrs and a half and we are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Diana and her walkers.
We use them Monday — Friday and some evenings when we can’t get home early to walk our «furry baby» (how they call him J). Every time we come home to our dog, he seems very happy and well taken care of, which is such a relief.
We have even used their pet sitting services when we go away for a weekend and they have taken our dog to the dog run so he doesn’t feel so lonely. When we come back home everything is clean (dog bowls, bed, etc), our mail is brought in and plants watered. We don’t know what we would do without Diana and her staff.
We truly appreciate what you do for us and our boy.

Terrible. I hired IHPS of Forest Hills because they appeared to be professionals and I liked their website. I dealt with Diana, who runs the business, and Leslie, the walker that was assigned. Diana was very likeable and I was fine with her. The problem was Leslie. I purchased a couple of 1-​hour walks to give them a test run. I have a webcam set up on my dog’s crate for the day so I could check up on her, and I told them this ahead of time. In spite of this, Leslie let my dog out of her crate for only 35 minutes the first day, and only 50 minutes the second day. After the first day’s walk, she told me she «owed me 10 minutes» (although she owed me 25), but then she proceeded to only give me 50, instead of the 70 she claimed she owed me! Paying over $ 20 for an hour walk is not chump change.
I’m not sure why she would do that and then lie about it when she was clearly informed that there was a camera.
Diana apologized when I called to complain, but informed me that Leslie was offended by my accusations and didn’t want to walk my dog anymore. I really didn’t know what to say to that. They did not offer me a refund and then tried to charge me $ 5 for key dropoff service, even though they knew I didn’t have a car and they acknowledged that it was out of the way for me since I’d have to take 2 buses.
Go with Swifto, they are a bit more expensive but you have full assurance that they are walking your dog for the full amount of time that you are paying for. They do this with the tech they built, incorporating their website and text messages. You just never know with dogwalkers in this city!
