After the fiasco at master cuts we walked to Regis Salon we where seen right away. A lot of detail to make sure the cut I wanted was the way I asked! Price wise it was above the norm but I was so please with the service that I was happy to pay. Will continue to use their service in the future!

This place is awful! My girlfriend went to get her lip wax when the person who did it ripped part of her skin off. When my girlfriend went to speak to a manager not only did they refuse to refund her the money but they wanted to compensate her by giving her a free shampoo and blow dry her hair BY THE SAME PERSON WHO RIPPED OFF SKIN FROM
HER UPPER LIP. Then they have the audacity to say they can’t blow dry my girlfriends hair because it’s s little curly and their blow dryer isn’t a good one,
Do yourself a favor and stay away. No wonder it’s in a mall. It’s over priced and very poor customer service. The lip waxing was only $ 11 but there is a principle and they clearly don’t have any.
