The only thing keeping this from being a 5-​star review is the lack of service at the front counter. Calling often requires multiple attempts to reach someone to schedule an appointment. The stylist was very professional and did an above average job. The prices were very fair.

I went for a haircut, showed and told her shoulder length, and add some layers. My result was chin length, no layers and it’s also uneven.

I have gone to this salon in the past and the service was OKAY. I feel like they lack stylists who specialize in ethic hair. Every time I call and ask if someone at the establishment specializes in ethnic hair they say yes, but once I get there the person says they don’t have the tools to do my hair. I recently called again in hopes of the salon hiring someone who specializes in ethnic hair and I was given the run around and told to call back. I called the lady back and she told me she never spoke with me and she does not specialize in ethnic hair, needless to say I won’t be calling or going back to this Salon.
