Horrible customer service. On a 4 hour trip from Boston … Tired to use coupons and pretty much got treated like I was trying to rob the place. The kid (blonde) at the drive thru told me they only had medium coffee’s, I informed him that my coupon was for a small (so he did not get in trouble for giving me a medium) he started telling me again that they only have medium … He stared questioning my coupons and said that they only have minions coupons right now … I was so confused I told him I got them in Boston at gov center, they were going out free coffee and they ran out so they gave me the coupons. He kept trying to argue with me about the size … When I pulled up to the window he again started questioning my coupons … Like really? I wanted to stop for 5 minutes, now it had turned into a half hour. Finally a manager stepped in and I said you guys really need to work on your customer service skills, he again asked me where I got my coupons … At this point I wanted to scream I said I’ll just pay for it don’t worry about it, and the MANAGER did not offer to help at all … He just said «ok» … Seriously unless you want to ruin your day with the stupidity of the staff here … Go 5 minutes down the road. Do not waste your time or energy.

I was in here a couple of nights ago. The service was good. The food was fine and I had no problems. However what really caught my attention was an incident that occurred after I had been there for a while.
A man came in to complain. He was being extremely rude and aggressive. I was impressed with the young lady assisting him. Even when he lost his temper and swore at her, she remained completely calm and handled it like a real professional. She showed a lot of class while he demonstrated none. Great employee!

I wanted to know the answer to mc life but the cashier just gave me an annoyed look and got me my burger I then asked MC WHY and she told me to get out

Great rest spot. Lots of parking. No overpricing. $ 4.99 for 20 chicken mcnuggets!!! Latest and greatest happy meal toys. The staff was efficient to handle 4+ buses of hungry college students in 30 minutes. Can’t get no better than that.

I am a regular here as I work nearby. It is clean and generally fast. Food is hot and served with a smile (at the drive-​thru)

Lady behind the counter copped an attitude with me because I asked for fresh fries. Yes, when its the ONLY thing im buying, i want them fresh from the fryer. I don’t want you to whisper to your manager, then walk to the fries and hand me one thats been sitting, and lie to me and tell me you took it right from the vat.
Customer service is your priority, if you don’t like your McJob, quit.

Dude you ever go into a mcdonalds in daylight? Shits like some kind of reverse Logan’s Run where all the young people have been killed off and slow moving groups of old people are all that’s left. Why do old people flock to McDonalds like flies on McDonalds?
Remember in Dawn of The Dead when the zombies all went to the mall cause it was like what they remembered they loved. Is that why they go? Big Macs would have been like Atlantic Sea Bass during the depression, so mad respect. But, we got options, pappy. Not to hate on old people. They just get scary when they are in a heard. I could listen to grampy stories all day and they never even had netflix. Double respect.
Otherwise, this is a McDonalds. It tastes good and fills you with equal parts shame and whatever the hell is in McDonalds. Two stars.

Just your average McDonald’s. But I think it’s the closest one to Hanover? Or it’s the only one I found while wandering around the Hanover/​Lebanon area. It’s actually a really nice and clean McDonald’s which is pretty cool.

Dropped in during a Greyhound pit stop on my way up to Montréal from Boston. The staff were a bit forgetful and odd, but the food was good and hot.
I do wish they took names for orders; if you aren’t standing in FIFO order with everyone else waiting for their food they tended to forget who got what. Small gripe though.

This is the first time I have eaten at a McDonalds in years. But I was on the highway and didn’t want to take the time to find someplace else to eat.
The staff was very friendly, the restroom clean, and the food piping hot.
