I have been there at least 10 times, it is expensive but very nice. The décor inside is surprisingly very fancy. The outside does no justice to how nice it is. The service is excellent. A good place for special occasions.

Place has gone down hill… I have been coming here the day they opened, but last two times were absolutely horrible. First, the bartender Indira was not friendly at all. Seemed like she was having a bad night. She was extremely condescending to her customers and coworker who had just started working there. We had decided to eat at the bar which was a mistake because Indira made our meal miserable. We put our wine order in with our meals. After the meal came, we still had not received our bottle. Finally, we asked for it and we were told they were out of it! You think she would have suggested a different bottle but no. Once we finished our dinners, the plates sat there for too long. We cleared the area ourselves and waited… for dessert suggestion. Consistently we had to ask for something not once were we asked how things were. Our bill was just under $ 150 and we were left with a bad feeling. Following morning I called to speak with the manager Maria. She was very nice and talked us into coming back, and she said she would take care of us. Ok, Indira was more professional, and it was quite obvious she remembered us. Our server was very friendly except for the fact that they got my friends order all wrong. By the time it was fixed, I had finished my meal. Also, not once did the manager come by to see how we were doing. After we got the bill, we asked to see the manager because there was no adjustment to the bill. After a ten minutes with our coats on, I finally got up to find her. When I found her, she brushed me off as I tried to talk to her. I followed her to the bar and had to give our bill to one of the servers as she was not making eye contact. Very embarrassing. Bill was adjusted by $ 40. Gaucho grill is not what it used to be. They lack professionalism and the service is not up to par. Will definitely not be going back. Ps. Both nights were slow so cannot use that excuse.

Came here on several occasions, the first time being my friend’s bridal shower that was hosted in the private room. The service was excellent and I overwhelmed by the selection they had at Sunday brunch. I decided I had to take my mom here for her birthday. Again the service was amazing but the food was ok. nothing amazing. I think I just had high expectations after seeing their Sunday brunch. Took my friend for brunch and he was just as overwhelmed as I was. I would definitely suggest the brunch but if you’re looking for AMAZING food, I think their regular menu falls a bit short.

Second time here. The Tuscan bean and beet salad was tasty, roasted duck wrap was pretty large for an app, also good. Hubby had Mendozino steak with chorizo and mushrooms. I had Argentinean Churrasco, skirt steak. Both good cuts. Both too huge to finish. Decent Malbec by the glass. Service was attentive. Gaucho Grill is reliably good.

A year ago, this restaurant was one of the best in White Plains and Westchester. The last time we went a couple of months ago, it looks like there might have been a management change; the service and the food quality was much less to be desired… subpar to say the least. The Bar was good. Steak was low quality meat. We asked for White Sangria and got red, we just weren’t attended to properly. Shame.

Beautiful restaurant. Moderate noise level on a Saturday night. Our party of 4 was seated at 7:30 right on time. We sat down and were neglected for 15 minutes. No water, no menus, no one to take our drink order. Finally the waiter came took our orders and botched it. Our meals came out very quickly. My filet mignon was undercooked and very tasteless. The other 3 meals were sub par as eell. Probably wont return here anytime soon.

First time to this restaurant and we were very impressed with every single detail from it. The place is gorgeously set and the food well I’m a big fan of food so I must say delicious. My husband decided to take me there for my birthday and I was very happy, I’m glad that we went and now it has become one of favorite restaurants to go to. Looking forward to return and well mostly to enjoy the delicious food.

My first review! Okay so I went to this beautiful restaurant last week with my fiancée for a celebration. First, I love any restaurant that offers valet parking. I ordered a delicious cowboy cut steak which was cooked a little on the rarer side than I like but non the less — it was phenomenal! Then let’s get to the Tres Leches cake. WOW — I don’t know how I was able to finish it all but I just could not stop. Cannot wait to go back!

Oh how I miss this place… Pros: — Delicious food. — Well presented food. — Sophisticated décor. Borderline intimidating until the food arrives. Suddenly, you lose all composure and veraciously chow your meal. — Attentive staff. Cons: — Valet parking due to its location. You can park at the municipal lot instead. A loooong block away.

I’ve been here on two separate occasions. My first time being a baby shower brunch. After seeing the décor & trying the food, my family and I agreed we’d have to come back to try their dinner. And we did. And SO glad we did! Complimentary valet parking? Check. Beautiful atmosphere? Check. Outdoor seating? Check. Strong drinks? Check. Friendly accommodating staff from the hostesses, bartenders & waiters? Check. Delicious food?! CHECK! Highly recommend: The Salmon Dijon or Chilean Sea Bass for dinner & Dulce De Leche Crepes for dessert! If you’re reading this review wondering if you should go here for dinner. GO! You will not be disappointed.

Everything about our experience at Gaucho was amazing. The valet(Rich) came over to my car with an umbrella(it was pouring) and walked me to the front door. Had a drink before being seated and the bartenders were very friendly. Our server(David) was absolutely wonderful… attentive, made several suggestions off of the menu and just overall a great addition to Gaucho. I would recommend asking for him as your server. The manager(Miguel) came over and asked how everything was going and if we needed anything additional(very nice, as the restaurant was pretty busy and he took the time to come over). I had the chicken martini with a side of broccoli rabe. My date had the lobster ravioli. We ate everything off of our plates! Excellent!!! Everything about our dining experience was wonderful from the entire staff to the food. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

The Gaucho Grill is really a beautiful restaurant with a décor that is a blend of clean modern lines mixed with retro. We decided to dine there for Sunday Brunch and we loved our meal. The brunch has all the favorites, a carving station, omelet station, fresh made pancakes(I chose blueberry) and more. In the chafing dishes there was steak, chicken, meatballs, rice, and a pecan encrusted salmon. Everything was delicious. If you are choosing to eat a little lighter, there is a selection of fruit, salads, breads, cerviche, and mozzarella and tomato. Fresh orange juice and coffee is also served. There are pastries if you are still hungry or you can order off the dessert menu(separate charge) for some fine offerings. There is a full bar if you are looking for a mimosa or bloody mary. The staff was very friendly and our dishes and table were constantly attended to during our stay. There is valet parking out front which is great since there is no street parking on that side of North Broadway. It was nice to see other diners dressed up for Sunday brunch. Do yourself a favor and check out this restaurant next Sunday.

First I will start mentioning I am Argentinian. The food let me tell you is NOT Argentinian at all, I got the«parrillada» and the only thing that was familiar to the typical parrillada was the skirt steak. The chorizo was not even close, the other cuts are never in a parrillada Argentina. Yuca? Seriously? Why not just French fries? I asked if they had chinchulines, molleja, morcilla, and they didn’t. I wanted to make my girlfriend tried our traditional parrillada but I left there dissappinted with the menu. The empanadas could have been great but we’re too plain in the inside, no olives, eggs, just meat. The chimichurri had cilantro which I have never tasted such thing in the chimichurri. I just wish that if they say it is an Argentinian restaurant, they would have Argentinian typical cuts. My girlfriend got Milanese, that was very good. Besides that the place is very nice, I liked the interior design, and the attention was great. Overall, if I am in the mood to eat Argentinian food, this isn’t a place I would go back to.

We came here to celebrate my birthday with family. We ordered duck wrap, crab cake, empanadas, steaks, paella, tres leches, dulce de leche crepes. All the items were presented beautifully and tasted yum. Staff was very cooperative and helpful right from valet parking to the table. We loved our experience at Gaucho and will be coming back. Thank you Gaucho Grill for making my birthday a wonderful experience.

This place is great!!! Came in on a Monday night to celebrate my mom’s and sister’s birthdays and we had a great meal! The staff took great care of us and the food was fantastic. We started out with the eggplant rollatini, beef empanadas, chorizo and figs and a tuna tartare special with mango and avocado. The sauce on the eggplant rollatini is so delicious and the tuna tartare was really good, the avocado and mango added a nice mix of flavors. For my main course I got a boneless ribeye special which was cooked perfectly and had tremendous flavor. The Tempranillo wine complimented it nicely. At $ 45/bottle it was a great selection. Gaucho also has great pasta dishes like the broccoli rabe gnocchi which is a nice large portion. For dessert we had the cannoli and flan, the staff came over and sang happy birthday a nice end to a fantastic meal!!!

Came in a few months ago with a party of a dozen, for a celebratory business lunch. I called ahead and asked if we could order off the dinner menus versus the lunch, bc the options were much better. We ordered drinks and apps and the only critique I would have, would be with the way the drink orderes were taken. Our director chose a wine for a few of us to have and then the rest wanted to order their fav beer or hard liquor. I think the waitor must have thought we were doing wine only bc it took him a while to circle back so the rest of us could get our drink order placed. A portion of us had the octopus salad or the martini ceviches. Both looked and smelled great. Octopus was grand in my opinion. Second best to MP Taverna that prepares theirs with a slight sear on the outtside which really complements the textures. IF this salad had the same crisp sear, it would have been top quality. I ordered the Gaucho Paella which comes w half a lobster. It was good, but not the YES that I wanted flavor wise. Just a typical paella with lobster on the side. Many colleagues ordered meats and the porterhouse… omg did I go wrong. That baby was massive!!! It was ordered medium rare but came out truly rare(not a problem in my eyes bc I love it like that.) Not sure if that happens all the time or what, but if I come again, most definitely will be ordering that cut of beef. Overall, a nice spot, ritzy and def expensive, date night type quality, or if you are trying to impress. I would come back for sure.
