Araras coffee and more… you won’t want to leave! The girls are very friendly, polite and professional. They are coffee gurus! I have had the simple salgados to the complete feijoida on Saturdays and I have to say that this is the best place in white plains! There’s usually parking out front, and I have been there when they had live music too! Check ‘em out on fb, but stop in and you’ll be glad you did!

I love this place! Their coffee is amazing. I wasn’t expecting much as I drink a lot of coffee and from various places. But, this coffee is hands down the best coffee I’ve purchased! I stop by for coffee all of the time! :) I’ll be back frequently!

After going back there or four more times, I’m happy to report that the service and food are still fantastic. I decided to try the baked beef patty after concluding that I’m addicted to the fried ones(seriously, it’s that good), and was pleasantly surprised to find that the baked ones are stuffed with corn, peas, carrots, and onions in addition to the meat. The bread could have been softer, but all in all it was a wonderfully filling bread. I also tried the cheese bread and one of their desserts. The cheese bread had a very interesting texture, somewhat reminiscent of a certain bread sold at Korean bakeries. Think sort of stringy and rubbery, except in a really(really) good way. The lady also introduced us to a dessert made of egg whites and coconut, with a texture similar to a marshmallow. It was, according to a Brazilian friend, very authentic. They have a cooler full of drinks, some classic American(Fanta, Snapple, Gatorade), and some a bit more exotic(try the Guarana). This place is one of my new favorites.

I eat here for lunch occasionally and love it. Quaint little shop with really good Brazilian coffee, pastries, and desserts. The woman who is there most of the time is so sweet. She is very kind. The homemade chocolates are amazinggg. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Such a great place, with amazing food! The owners are so friendly! I’ll come back, for sure! Tips: try the coxinha! Soo delicious! And brigadeiro of churros is the best!!!

Pao de quiejo, feijoada on weekends, and all kinds of Brazilian specialties provided by owners whose dedication to good food shines through in every dish. They make everyone welcome and you are sure to leave with a full and happy belly and a smile on your face.

Great food and coffee in a small storefront tucked into a corner of White Plains. Owners are super friendly. Lots of treats from Brazil + grocery items not found in the USA. Saturdays they have a buffet of great food! This is a far cry from cookie-cutter coffee/dessert places. Oh… and the cakes, pies and other sweets are not to be missed.
