I really hope corporate fixes this location. It’s ridiculous that it takes twenty minutes to get a drink here, and the employees don’t move with any sense of urgency. The line is almost out the door even at «off peak» hours bc the drinks take forever to be made. I’ve also heard stories from colleagues about how the people taking orders cut attitude with them or they chat with other employees instead of taking orders. For such a high traffic location, I’m surprised that no one has taken measures to speed things up. I’ve had faster service in busy nyc locations. Not planning on coming back here again.

This Starbucks really needs corporate or management to see what is going on. Line out the door one cashier one barista one person cleaning up two people standing behind counter aimlessly Ordered large caramel macchiato skim milk and it was regular milk. The guy who made my drink called it walked away, so I told the lady it was skim milk I think this is whole. Stares at me and I said don’t think it’s right, takes my drink and says well we will just make a new one with an attitude took my drink… my sister in law behind me had issue with the cashier who cut her an attitude too and had no care. The store is dirty and it is such a shame but they can get away with it because they are the only ones at the mall.

Customer service is poor at this store. Dirty conditions at this location as well as «make your own hours» store closed 20 minutes early on Saturday night 02÷27÷16. I wish I didn’t like Starbucks coffee. Because the two stores I frequent«suck». I suppose they need to figure out what fueled their explosive growth(customers).

Only one guy is actually working. The other guy is just hanging out and talking to a girl. The third guy is sweeping the floor. The line is out the door. I waited 15 minutes and there were only a few people in front of me. Where is Starbucks management.

Very nice people. Neat and clean. Love the seats off to the side and in front of a large window so you can people watch. The gentleman who made my coffee was super sweet. All Starbucks I visit are great including this one.

The people who work at this Starbucks are pleasant. However, today’s visit was disappointing. The had two specialty frappes listed on their blackboard and neither were available. Additionally, they had no ground or whole bean Decaf coffee for sale. When requested, a chocolate drizzle was also unavailable. This surprised me. The Westchester Mall is an upscale, busy place. How could they be so understocked? A great deal of money is spent at this location.

I work in the mall and have frequented this Starbucks for years. The last few months their coffee has become incredibly weak. Not sure if this is management change(cost cutting bs) or what because other Starbucks locations make their usual coffee strong as always. I’m drinking a dark roast now and with only one sugar it is far too sweet for me. Ridiculous.

Unlike other Unilocalers I had a good experience in this Starbucks location. I ordered a grande Frappachino with whip. The order was made fast and tasted perfect. The staff were friendly and fast. Could not ask for better service.

This is the worst Starbucks anywhere, a total disregard for the customers, and the worst coffee, they don’t clean it’s obvious, and the people making the drinks cough and don’t cover their mouths while making your drink, and their hands are filthy, as they spill things everywhere and wipe their hands on the dirty apron, is it really worth waiting 20 minutes for a health risk? Forget it if you ask if they’ve forgotten your order, they’re so entitled that they forgot you just paid $ 5 for swill, but they are just angry because that’s more than they get paid per hour, please just go to nordstrom, at least they know how to treat customers

Mall Starbucks is a usually a hit or miss in my opnion. This one is actually ok. The Iced Coffee was pretty strong and not watered down at all. Be prepared to wait in line for a while though.

Standard Saturday afternoon queue which wasn’t so bad since I was chatting with a friend. Along with our coffees, he ordered a rice crispy dream bar. When it wasn’t handed to us after payment –as what usually happens at a Starbucks– he reminded the cashier about the pastry, who told us to go to the coffee pick up. One coffee was done and given to us and we waited for six more orders to come up before we got the second coffee. We asked a third time for the pastry and again waited a while for that. Unnecessarily long wait times not because it takes a while to get the order up– the staff can’t seem to get it together. Muster up people!

Nice to have a branch in the mall. The lines are usually long, and the staff takes their sweet time, but the coffee is always made correctly to order. Also, it’s a bit of a sad statement, but this is probably best place to grab a relatively healthy snack at the Westchester, since your other options are hot dogs, ice cream, pretzels and pizza.
