Had a great dinner but the person who took the order had some attitude. Also had a couple of teenagers that was trying to make the employees pissed at them, it was kinda funny but rude. But whatever it’s a great place.

I have been to this BK three times in my life. Not once has my order been correct.(ex: I once ordered two individual 4-piece kids’ meals. Instead, I received 3 nuggets and 2 chicken tenders mixed in one box). The people are rude. The service is terrible. Teenage employees and their friends congregate in the dining area when it gets dark. I spoke to a manager last week(1⁄7) and she said leaving food out of people’s orders has been an on-going problem with the employees. They are working to resolve the issue, but I doubt that will happen.

Consistently leave food out if my order. If i go back i will make sure i have it all before i leave. Be warned everyone check your orders. The sad part is this occured at 8 pm and no one was there except me. My order was the only order! And they managed to mess that up

With few exceptions the good is pretty good here, but my biggest complaint is the lack of cleanliness in the dining room. Every table needs washing/wiping, but the floor while messy when I came in got swept and mopped while I ate my lunch. Heaven forbid the associate should clean tables and wipe chairs do customers can have a clean place to eat. I’m not nearly as worried about walking on a dirty floor as I am about a clean place to sit and eat. Whoever trained the employees get either needs to retrain the associates or learn to prioritize jobs. The last thing the associate did was to wipe all the tables with the same wet rag without rinsing it or spraying a cleaner on a single table. So he just smeared all the greasy dirt from one table to the next. .yucky!!! So if this is the example of dining room cleanliness the I truly fear how these employees clean the food preparation areas. By the way my whopper jr with cheese and the new Satisfries were awesome. It is a shame I’m grossed out about the lack of cleanliness!!!

After consistently poor drive-thru experiences at this location(one including a 25 minute wait!), I swore never to return. But after the recent renovations, I thought I’d check to see if service improved. It hasn’t. How do you not have BIGDRINKS?
