Slowest Taco Bell every. It took 15 minutes just to order and we were only 3 deep. Now waiting to get to window. It’s going to turn into a 30 min drive thru. Taco Bells are usually fast. Never again for this one.

Worst food I’ve had at Taco Bell in a long time. My friends and I went there late night after a get together. We ordered a doubledilla and a quesodilla. The doubledilla was served with enough cheese dip for 1 nacho and the first 2 pieces of the quesodilla were literally 2 tortilla pieces(no chicken, cheese, or sauce). Now I’ve been to this location during the day time and I have always been satisfied, but after tonight I will not be going back. To top off our food being awful the staff was worse behaved when we called to try and correct the order. When confronted with the bad order they simply hung up on us. For me, that was the nail on the coffin.

I have are here dozens of times. I have been through the drive thru and dining in. The drive thru is definitely much faster. I have never had any long delays in the drive thru. What I would recommend is that you check your food for accuracy before you drive away. Especially if you are making a special order like no lettuce etc. Although they are getting a lot better, you may encounter errors from tine to time. The management team knows me well because of my orders I make. I cannot eat lettuce or Fiesta sauce as it makes me sick immediately upon contact in my mouth. So they immediately either have a professional prepare my food or they watch the employee from start to finish. This is because I had a bad reaction after the order was botched twice during a single dine in experience. Ever since then they have paid better attention to orders.

Terrible service. Period. We got in line, and per usual, there were a few cars ahead of us. What I hadn’t anticipated was being trapped in the line for 20 minutes! This is completely unacceptable. I ordered our food, nothing crazy, just four simple things. I get to the window and the attendant had an attitude. I asked her for a special sauce on the side and she answered with a less than desirable tone and slammed the window shut. I offered to pay extra. I didn’t realize this would be as if I was asking for her first born. I get my food, I glance in the bag, there’s four things, we drive home. Of course one of my pricey items isn’t there but a basic crappy taco is. What am I to do? Call and complain? What’ll that do? Clearly they don’t care from the get go. I’m certainly not driving back and sitting in a big line again. Anyway, this is Taco Bell, not a five star restaurant, I realize this. I simply want people to do their jobs and do them well. There’s another Taco Bell down the road, I’ll be seeing you next time!

I have never had a problem at this Taco Bell. Fast, friendly, and courteous. Food is hot and tastes exactly like Taco Bell should.

A wet nap package and a small peppermint candy came in the bag with my drive-thru 7-layer burrito. Nice touch.
