It is unfathomable to me that someone else gave this Taco Bell a more than 1 star review. To be sure, the food is the same as every Taco Bell, so for taste and quality, I’d rely on your gut for where you think Taco Bell is generally.
This place gets a 1 star for awful service. A group of four of us ordered food and it took 45 minutes to prepare (not very Taco Bell like). In the process of this food order, the staff here managed to make 2 orders that no one claimed (6 other people in the restaurant) and screwed up one of our orders twice. The decision to go was based on convenience, this was anything but convenience. A true case study in operations failure.

If you like Taco Bell, this is the BEST one in the Middle TN area. They always get my order correct and the employees are very pleasant.
