I put in full day’s work and had class immediately after for 3.5 hours. Grad school ain’t easy! Anyway — I was so out of it. I placed my order with the cashier and he asked what size — medium or large? And somehow I convinced myself he meant the size of the sandwich. I said large.(What was I thinking?) Obviously he was referring to the size of the fries and drinks. Don’t be fooled, you guys. Wendy’s must be on a mission to make people oversized because their cups are so huge! The medium is equivalent to McDonald’s large, and the large is equivalent to a supersize. Yikes! Clearly, I need to pay more attention when I place my order.

The WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE! My friend and I came to order two strawberry lemonade and nothing else. Why did it take us 15 min to order two lemonades AND the order was wrong. The guy at the first window didn’t even open the window to take our money. Be just left and another employee had to come from the second window to take our order. I mean, how rude? Overall worst location! Save your coins and go to a better one.

Go here if you want HAIR in your food! I’m so upset about our experience. My boyfriend was eating his fries and mixed in the fries were several strands of hair. Moments later I found a hair in my burger. Luckily I noticed before it was in my mouth. Most horrible experience. We had a few sandwiches and because of that we stopped eating immediately. The fries were also COLD and way too salty. We drove 15 – 20 minutes as this is the closest Wendy’s. Poor health standards obviously!!! Aren’t people supposed to wear hair nets? Disgusting.

The service it self is pretty good. The employees so far have been friendly and quick with orders. I like to wash my hands before I eat and their bathrooms are normally not so pleasant. It’s hard to be able to keep it clean I understand but makes me not want to go. Makes me think if the bathroom looks like that, I imagine how the rest of the place looks like…

A friend and I visited the Wheaton Wendy’s late last week for a late night snack. Since I have food allergies, I wanted to make sure to make it clear to the customer service rep that my order needed care and attention. Cory P. took my order and appeared extremely irritated with me when I attempted to verify my order. When we arrived to pick up the order, I checked to be sure my sandwich did not have tomatoes or ketchup(since I am allergic to tomatoes) and once I opened my sandwich container, I noticed how sloppy and horrific the sandwich was prepared. It was cold and undesirable. I asked why the sandwich looked like that and Cory said don’t ask him, he wasn’t the one that made it. I understand it was late, but it was my expectation that an order placed at 1:45AM should appear in the same way a sandwich prepared at 1:45PM. My friend also had a major issue with her order and asked if Cory P. would provide a full container of fries and her preference was for the fries to be hot, not cold and stale. Cory told her that it was the end of the night and there weren’t any more fries he could provide her. This was inexcusable and warranted the need for us to pull over, walk over on foot over to the window just to request the fries for a second time. Cory spoke to us in a disrespectful manner and did not represent Wendy’s in a favorable way. It was also extremely unprofessional of him to share our disagreement with the customer in the car waiting at the window. As I mentioned, the hot fries required us to walk over to the window after our car was parked in the lot. I do not have very high standards for fast food, however, this experience warranted my feedback. Cory would benefit from more training and support to approach customers in a professional manner.

This Wendy’s could be better. Today, we wanted to order single Baconators’ and she made a mistake and placed a double Baconator order. We wondered why it was expensive and they said it was because it was double. So, we changed it, but when we got home, I found out there’s no bacon on my burger! And I wanted a Powerade strawberry lemonade, not the fresh squeezed one. Our order was messed up. And another additional thing is that they don’t watch for sketchy people in the restaurant. This location is not good. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I have had enough. I will never go back to my local wendy’s at the Wheaton Location. The food and customer service is bad. I went through the drive through and ordered a #6 with cheese, small fry, drink(Coca Cola), and a 4pc chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. I took the food down about 5 mins down the street. Every time I am giving them«another chance” — their fries are always soggy, and cold, salty and nasty. The drink was flat, and nasty. The nuggets were warm, but not very good. Only good thing was the sandwich. I threw most of the food away. Oh and don’t let me forget, their service is always lacking. Sometimes rude, sometimes(Whatever) attitude, stingy with the supplies(ketchup, BBQ, sweet and sour sauce, etc…) Better off heading to McDonalds or Burger King in the area for better quality food and better value for what you get!

I’m rating this as a 4 star Wendy’s not as a four star restaurant. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich minus a few items and subbed for others and they didn’t make a mistake. Didn’t taste a difference from any other Wendy’s. The fries weren’t right out the fryer but warm enough and didn’t taste any different from any other Wendy’s. No mess ups, extremely polite, no complaints.

Always slow as hell in part due to either employees not on the clock or their friends jumping the customers in line and helping themselves. There is apparently no manager at the location(blank wall plaques tell me this) which explains why it is slow and one sees ridiculous behavior like that. Go somewhere else.

I’m only writing this review because the people here have the best customer service I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant. Every time I’m there, night or day, I’m always greeted at the drive through with«Hello. How are you today?» and they really wait for an answer. Everyone here is always pleasant and extremely courteous. If there’s ever a wait it’s typically because they are making fresh batches of fries or nuggets. If there is ever a wait, they let you know and will keep you company at the window while you’re waiting. I guess that’s the southern charm that happens below the Mason Dixon line.

Seems like a waste to write a Unilocal review about a Wendy’s… but I’ve eaten a lot of fast food in my life, and this crew has never gotten our order wrong. They’re always friendly and quick, and we’ve never had to wait for an item to be ready. Seemed worth mentioning.
