I would avoid this place due to the rude and slow service. When giving my order, the worker would only mumble into the speaker and mocked me when I asked a question about the menu. So if you want rude commentary about you and your food, this is the place to go, but if not…

Very rude guy who took our order. Mocking my order while I ordered. Don’t know why they hired the fat white guy, he can’t take a order without insulting you. Don’t think I’m going there anymore.

The fat male caucasian was very rude and talking back after everything I ordered. I don’t appreciate people talking back to me about what I order. I really liked going to this place, except since they hired him, he is rude, ignorant and rascist. Looks like I won’t be going there after being talked back and laughed at because of my race.

We wanted to revisit this Taco Bell after the remodel. The remodel is nice, the service is terrible, and rude. We arrived and no one was at the counter, one of the kitchen members called for a man who we assume is the manager (he was talking to employees outside about scheduling before re-​entering the building as we arrived) to say someone was at the counter. He (the manager) came over and my fiancé first started his order. He wanted to try the new Quesalupa. The man at the register said steak or chicken? Since beef is also listed, my fiancé asked if beef was an option too but the man was occupied, while standing there and taking OUR order, with a drive-​through order in his earpiece. He didn’t hear or otherwise ignored the question and just stood there and stared at us, oblivious. My fiancé decided to just change his order since he couldn’t even get one item through without an interruption. Upon saying that he wanted a gordita instead, I heard/​saw the man very clearly say «J*sus Chr*st.» It was so incredibly unprofessional and rude that I said «wow.» We decided to just say we didn’t want to eat there now and left. We won’t be back. That level of rudeness and saying something like that in front of a customer (directed at them, really) out of frustration because they’re changing their order because YOU decided not to listen is no excuse at all. It was ridiculous. This man wasn’t an ounce friendly at all.

Asked for a glass for water and was told they ran out of water glasses. Didnt even give me a soda glass when I offerred to pay for a cup. Wont visit this location again.

Since the place was updated after the car accident, I can say that it looks really nice in here. Gone are the water stained ceiling tiles and the fixed to the floor tables and chairs that only a child can fit in.
The floors have been redone and the tables and chairs are now a mix of low and hi seating. The chairs are actually quite comfortable now with a slight tilt on the seat.
The food is the same Taco Bell, but dining in isn’t a bad choice and they still have Baja Blast Mountain Dew!

I was trapped in this drive thru for over A HALF HOUR. Absolutely ridiculous. I would have driven my car over the curb and shrubs, even if it meant damaging my car, just to escape. Also they got my order wrong. But at that point I was just happy to be moving. Never again.

Always slow and super long line late at night. Not sure if it’s a short staffing issue or what but at least 4 times I came through the drive through around 11pm and waited at least 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I paid and got my food. Would not recommend for a «fast food» visit. Disappointing.

I RARELY eat fast food. Maybe once or twice a month. But Taco Bell Quesaritos are so addicting.
This location is very clean and has great customer service.
Drive through is open late!

This taco bell took 30 minutes to get us our order and it wasn’t even that busy. They just messed up our order TWICE and gave us horrible service. The tacos were soggy and not well put together. Definitely not going back.

Why rate a Taco Bell? Because every once and a while, Taco Bell just hits the spot. And this one happens to get it right.
I got home after driving thru to grab something quick and cheezy, and my Quesarito was still piping hot. If I would’ve tried to eat it in the car, I would’ve burned my mouth terribly. But it would’ve been worth it. That’s how good my Quesarito was.
In closing, I’d like to also admit that the Doritos Tacos are amazing.

Waffle taco for the win! I’m sure it’s not good for you, but it sure as hell tastes good. At $ 2.50 it’s a bit pricey because it’s on the small side, but I’d still get one once in awhile for something different.

It’s a Taco Bell: food is just like any other Taco Bell. Service tends to be a bit slow, and they screw up orders rather frequently. Decent value otherwise.

Normally I don’t review larger chains. All I can say is this location is hit or miss.
1. People/​staff get 5 stars as far as being polite and service. I can’t say anything bad about them at all when they interact with me.
2. I dock 2 stars because of the inconsistent portions. Sometimes you get a burrito supreme and other times it’s not so supreme. I’ll order the nacho supreme. Sometimes they’re supreme, other times not so much. Sometime they skimp on portions. One recent order of nachos had almost no cheese or sour cream on them.
I have no problems waiting for my food. The thing is if I have to wait, make sure the food is done properly. So 3−31÷2 stars.
