Usually excellent service and a small wait if any. I check in online and sometimes that works sometimes it doesn’t. Last time I went the single attendant there couldn’t find any information on my previous haircuts and she cut my hair like she was shearing a sheep. She cut my ear with the clippers, didn’t tighten the apron around my neck properly so that hair fell down my back didn’t even wipe my head off with a warm cloth they usually use. I don’t know her name but she should not work in this business. I will go back but if she is there I will run the other direction.

The Supercut Mobile App is a disappointment. Not allowing to schedule an appointment for a haircut on a future day is a fail. Why bother with a scheduler at all?

Sheila is an exceptionally good hairdresser. My hair style is simple but requires precision. One can tell if it is a good cut after washing your hair a few days later. I did, and it was perfect, there were no ridges and the hair was blended.

Just got a haircut at Supercuts and I am very pleased as always! Sheila is a kind and caring person. She cuts my hair just right. The Salon is always clean too. Meghan is also another stylist there that does a great job too!
You cannot beat the price for the great job these girls do. I have been going there for some time now and will continue to do so!

Checked out the other walk in hair cut places and the wait times were atrocious. Decided to check this place out. Krissy was super awesome. She gave my son the hair cut he was looking for without any argument. The salon is clean and it is the cheapest of the three in the area. We have always had issues getting the sporty styles my kids like at some of the other salons in the area. My husband can never take the kids and have them get a faux hawk. Seriously, I feel like we need to sign a waiver or something. Here, no problem. Finally a place that will cut my son’s hair like he wants it. He said, that he will now go for a regular cut! I always hated paying the up charge for the sports salon, and now I don’t have to! Check this place out if you are looking for a quick cut for the kiddos and don’t want to break the bank. We were in and out in 15 minutes. It was the best ever!

Went here today. Walked right in and the stylist did not notice me for about five mintues. This was 11:00 A.M. I figured I would have to wait about 10 – 15 minutes. The guy in the chair didn’t have too much hair.
Boy, was I wrong! The lady took 45 minutes on this guy who has less hair than a bald eagle. Not only that… no music, no talking, and no reading material. After I finally sat down (for a BUZZ CUT), the lady took a fortnight… to buzz my head.
$ 17.00! Her breath was terrible. She wouldn’t let me talk. I will never go here again. I didn’t go to my usual place because the wait was 20 minutes and I was in a hurry. UGH!

I stopped by this place for a quick trim. When I walked in, there were two girls on duty. One of them asked «you here for a haircut?. When I confirmed, this she-​beast rose from one of the many vacant seats and heaved her way to the register. Everything that said sounded like it was it was pain staking task. When she finally got me to the chair, she sounded irritated when having to ask me what I wanted done. Once the cut started she forced herself to ask me if I had any plans. i just replied no and was counting hr minutes until the landwhale, megan, finished my cut. She was lucky to get the menial tip i gave her out of spite, really. She was terrible and it reminded me of the crap, torched attitude of a Walmart associate. Do not go to this place if you are looking for a relaxing haircut or not having your hour ruined. The ladies at Sport Clips across the street are very sweet and cool.

WORST experience ever!!! My hair was couple inches above elbow level when I went in, asked for 1.5 inches off to clean up ends and add face framing layers and side swept angled bangs. The lady had no idea what she was doing. Sprayed me in the face twice, combed my ears over 50 times. Was very rough. No apology. My hair was uneven, her coworker had to train her on how to cut my hair, she had to fix my hair. My hair ended up being at shoulder length. I washed it this morning, tried to style it. Won’t even style. It looks horrible, even my coworkers told me it looks really bad.
