Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’m happily waiting but I’m being taken care of. The girl is quick to answer my questions and had my rental ready on time. Will use this service again in the future.

Worst Enterprise experience. After waiting more than 1 hour for a pick up I requested, the branch told me I am closer to another location and «should just rent from there».

The guy that checked me out with the car was very nice and friendly. The girl that checked me back in was totally annoying. I had just completed a 6 hour road trip and I was not up for the constant chatting in an attempt to score customer service points. Read your client; it is key in customer service. I would like to give a perfect score, but the car that I rented had not been washed on the exterior and it only had a half a tank of gas. I guess I am just used to renting at airports where you do not encounter these issues. Overall, I will only use this location in a pinch.

The Wheaton Enterprise is professional and prompt. I recently needed to put my car in the shop and was dreading how inconvenient it would be to get my car to the shop and get a rental. They made the process almost seamless. They picked me up at the body ON TIME and got me into rental almost before I knew what was going on. Excellent prompt and professional service.

I’ve used this company several times and they’ve always been very prompt with pick-​ups, while providing excellent pricing. Recently I extended my rental, after finding a weekend special online. They helped make that work for me when I dropped off. I highly recommend them.

I have never had a problem with this location… they are simply great!

This location has completely ruined my day and wasted my time. I went in to pick up my rental through a reservation with my car insurance, I arrived Saturday december 27^th around 3:30 pm to pick up my rental when I arrived I was asked what exactly it was I needed help with while the gentlemen was still with another client, I let him know I was just there to pick up my rental, he then continued with his client. Couple minutes later he notifys me that they don’t have any cars available and he didn’t understand why my insurance sent me there. There was a waiting room full of customers, what were they waiting for to be told they didn’t have any cars available as well? I quickly got really upset over the whole situation and decided to leave before my anger got the best of me. Overall I would never recommend this location to anyone although its fairly close to my house I don’t mind traveling a bit for good service.

This office is tucked away on a side street next to a 7 – 11, take note so you can find it when you return the car. Prompt service with the expected Enterprise courtesy and efficiency. I will never understand why businesses you use from choice rather than necessity can’t do their thing that well.

These guys completely screwed me over today, it was only through great effort on my part and the friendly service of the Enterprise over on Tech Road.
I called them an hour before I really needed to be anywhere, trying to plan ahead and allow for a slow response. I asked to be picked up from a location 4.5 miles away. Oh, did I mention that I also called first thing in the morning just to MAKE SURE that they would be able to pick me up later in the day? Insane.
About 45 minutes after my call, I called again and asked where they were. A different person answered the phone and said, oh, no one told you — we don’t serve your area. I started to lose it at this point — they definitely had my phone number, and if they realized they couldn’t pick me up, the right time to tell me would have been literally any point in time when I called them. Not 45 minutes after telling me they were sending someone right away.
The person on the phone was completely unhelpful. He said he was going to call the Enterprise that was closer to me, and then told me that they were going to pick me up. Once we got off the phone, I called that Enterprise location and the person said that he had NOT promised to pick me up anytime soon. Just crazy.
Finally I had to call a car service to take me there. Thanks, Enterprise. Quite honestly you owe me the cost of that car service.

Great value — 20% cheaper than other locations. Very customer focused. Only thing to plan for, waits on Saturday mornings can be long and they close at noon!

I have never had any problems with this office. The folks are always friendly and courteous and the service is always fast. They accommodate and work with thier customers to ensure satisfaction.
Another plus for this site is that thier rental rates are usually lower than the Enterprise offices north or south of it.

We Rented out a truck for the weekend, Friday afternoon til Saturday afternoon, and was charged for three (3) full days when we only had it, and used it, for one full day. It’s not our fault that this location is not open any later than 12 noon on Saturdays and closed Sundays. Otherwise, we would have returned the truck the very next day after having had used it for what we needed it for that one day. When we returned the truck, we asked the agent there (Gregory) if we would be charged for the entire third day of rental since we only had it for two (2) full days; Saturday and Sunday. He said «don’t worry about it, the charge on your card will only be $ 170 and not the $ 270 on your bill» this didn’t make sense to us, but took his word for it and left expecting to see a credit on our account. Two weeks have passed by and no refund. Called the branch and spoke with Brian and explained everything to him. He stated that they always take the employees side and what we said does not happen because that is not how they work. So their employee (Gregory) could have told me a million lies and they would still take his side and not ours; as a loyal corporate customer for over 5 years now. I was furious that i asked to speak with brian and gregory in person, but brian said «it won’t change anything because we would never say that to any customer.» I saw i was going no where with brian so i hung up and here is my reply to the unsatisfactory customer service we received and will never rent from them again! U-​haul will get our business from now on! Goodbye Enterprise!!! Thanks for all the lies your agent told us and thank you brian for taking the worst approach to keeping a long-​term/​standing customer’s business!!!
