My dog and I both love this place! The employees are always eager to help and so knowledgeable. They never once made me feel like an idiot or anyone else I have heard them speak to.
They take every effort they can to make sure you and your pet are happy. Let me tell you it’s all about your pet and that’s how it should be. To those of you with picky pets they will go over everything they have in their store until they find what works.
Kudos to Rochelle for having such a great team!

This store has some really, really rude employees. So rude that I had to turn around and walk out of the store because I was so appalled listening to their employee talk to another customers in the way that she was!
I would rather spend my money on a company that speaks to their customers with respect.

I have been several times and have had good experiences each visit. We had to switch our Boxer to a grain-​free food, so we came here to try Taste of the Wild. The prices are completely fair and they have a generous return policy (return with at least half the bag). Customer Service has always been friendly and willing to carry the bags to my car, which is greatly appreciated since I usually have a toddler with me.

I walked in to Pet Club expecting to find over-​priced product and snooty clientele who only feed their pets the finest raw meat, vegan style crap. To my surprise, I walked out of the store spending around 50 dollars and I felt I got my money’s worth! Pet Club offers a wide variety of foods, toys, treats, grooming products, and any other pet specialty item you can think of. The staff is friendly, but not as knowledgeable as I would have hoped. The products are all certified safe for pets, and prices are competitive with the bigger brand pet stores. They also offer a Pet Club membership program with discounts and rewards for their customers. I will definitely be returning to spoil my fur baby again soon!

Pet Club is a great way to shop local and avoid the big chains. They carry a variety of natural dog foods. I just received my 11th 30# bag of Blue free. There was no problem on sizing since I always buy my dog food in 30# increments.
They carry Zuke’s natural treats which I’ve only been able to find around the Durango area. So it’s nice to have local healthy snacks for my dogs. They’ve also special ordered in odor free bully sticks for me before. Their prices are competitive with the large chain pet stores.
I’ve recommended Pet Club to many of my local friends and they too agree they love the store!

Came in for cat grass grow kits, and was offered assistance in the first 60 seconds. The clerk showed me my options (2) and made a personal recommendation. Great service, and they had what I wanted! Solid experience.

Decent prices and a good selection of natural foods. The employees are friendly and helpful. Their dog bed selection is pretty bad, though. They are all the same with little to no padding on them. I was looking for something really thick to get my dogs up off the cold wood floor this winter.

Although their prices are less than the other pet stores carrying higher quality brand dog foods, the customer service here is one of the worst I’ve every encountered. They only have 1 shopping cart so if there is a customer in the store already using it, you’re out of luck. They have a VIP program in which the rules seem to change daily or depending who is at the check out. Previously, I was been told that like Petco, you get a free bag once you buy 10 of the same size. Today I went to purchase my usual 15# and 30# bags of Natural Balance only to be told that they combine the purchases and you get the smaller bag free. So in a nutshell, although I purchase 10 of the 30# bags of Natural Balance at a cost of over $ 40, this will never be a free bag. Watch these people — -I’m not sure if it is a result of inept employees or this business is one to watch out for. There are other locally owned pet food stores in the area and I’ll be shopping at them from now on.
