The staff is friendly and their services are fairly priced. When necessary you can get a rush on your items without any hassle.
They do not have an in house tailor but have a third party that they use. I would say this is their only downfall.

Not very nice people.
We had an issue with the washing machine
and asked for assistance. The washer didn’t
spin out hardly at all so we asked if they could
make the washer spin again.
He accused us of over loading the washer.
There was 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and a
small lap blanket. How the hell is that overloading
it? He made the machine spin again didn’t make
a difference so we put then into the dryer.
Had to run it 4 times before they were dry.
While we were waiting he vacuumed then mopped
the floor. I normally don’t have an issue with
businesses doing this except it felt like he was
trying to push us out the door. Their sign
says open till 9pm but at 7:45pn he had already
shut off the tv and was just waiting for us to walk
out to lock the door.
Don’t go there. They are very rude and pushy.
