After my repair they returned my car with something black smeared onto the driver seat.

My car was repaired at Caliber through the Progressive Service Center (also a stellar operation) after getting rear ended. Dusty and his team are a sincere pleasure to work with… as much as possible when dealing with a car accident.
They even picked up my car at my apartment in the morning and dropped it off at my office in the afternoon so that they could take a look at the button that closes the tailgate. It didn’t get reconnected after service, and they made sure to accommodate my work schedule.
Far and away the best collision center I’ve ever used. I’ll be back if I have to misfortune of getting int another accident.
