I called Living Social today. This deal has been canceled. They said they sent emails to everyone that purchased it (I did not get one). You must call them for a refund. I had no problems getting a refund. 877 521 1419 Good Luck.

Apparently this «company» went belly-up…likely from over committing on their ability to live up to this deal. I called livingsocial and got credited with no problems at all. They also gave me $ 5 credit on my account which isn’t much but it’s something. Apparently they only give refunds once they have fully cancelled a deal, so that may be why people were denied previously.

Have tried to book an appointment for over a month without reply. Going back to Living Social for a refund. As others have said phone does not work and website is down. Avoid doing business with this company!

I bought a detail through WeeklyPlus and was scheduled for 4⁄15 but it snowed that day and they no-​showed and never called. I tried emailing and calling and never got a response, so now I have to get a refund. I’m pretty bummed because I needed this detail for a special occasion.

I will confirm what others are experiencing as well. I have tried to contact them, but the website is offline and the phone is disconnected.
What’s worse is that Living Social also will not give me a refund, telling me to give them 3 business days to respond to an email for scheduling. Guess what– they aren’t returning their emails, either!

Purchased a voucher on Living Social. I have attempted to contact them multiple times (10 – 12) and have had 2 emails responded to. Set up an appointment for 4⁄20 at 8 – 9 am and they did not show up. I’ve tried to call the phone number I found here on Unilocal and it is not accepting calls. The advertised web site is also offline. Requesting a refund from Living Social.
