McDonald’s

The fries here are terrible. They are always cold and taste like they have been cooked in 10 year old oil. After this last visit I called to talk to the manager and she seemed uninterested in my complaint. Not even a sorry. Poor food and poor customer service.

This is awful.
My fries are not just old and stale… They have this rotten taste to them. I thought I just got a bad one. But it’s the whole thing. Maybe their oil is tainted.
The burgers taste fresh but no condiments which make it dry and hard to eat. I’m going to have to spend MORE money on a lunch so I can actually eat.
NO REESES MCFLURRY!

It’s a McDonalds, what do you expect. As basic as it gets. One of the smaller locations for a McDonalds, getting in and out is a little weird too.

I haven’t eaten fast food sandwiches in years and years, so when it comes to McD’s I keep it to just their coffee for a buck, and if I feel like a snack, maybe an apple pie. I drink coffee from other coffee shops all the time with no problem at all, not even from the rocket fuel that Starbucks serves. In fact, very seldom do I ever get sick, not even the common cold. I haven’t had a upset stomach in years. I could practically drink a quart of motor oil, and it wouldn’t affect me at all. That’s how strong my body is.
But lately, I’ve been getting coffee at this McD’s, and oddly enough, it gives me an upset stomach almost every time. Considering that they serve Newman’s Own organic coffee, I doubt it’s the coffee, but rather the sanitation standards that probably aren’t being followed. As an example, one recent time I came here, I noticed the girl making my coffee handled my cup from the upper lip of the cup with her finger touching the inside. God only knows where that finger has been. Doesn’t McDonald’s teach their employees proper food handling techniques???
Considering these fast food grease pits put pink slime in their beef (true story, look it up), and the stomach problems that just their coffee gives me, I won’t be frequenting ANY fast food restaurant ever again, whether it’s McDonald’s, Burger King, or Wendy’s.

waited for 10 minutes for one happy meal, plus a burger & fries. they forgot 2 items, so I had to drive back. Then, I waited for 13 minutes, trapped in the drive thru. By now the shake had melted (yes, they forgot the straw), food is cold and I am mad. I asked them to remake it… well that must have made someone mad… the burger in the happy meal looked like someone stomped on it. Broken up pieces of beef inside of a torn up roll. I threw the whole meal away, pretty sure it was inedible. I don’t care about the $, but to think I was going to give it to my 4 yr old!!! Disgusting place, I should have known better. Next time, I will throw a steak on the grill first, faster and much healthier. I don’t need a reason any more to just say no to McD’s.

The slogan for Mickey D’s is «Your way, right away». So, I found it monumentally annoying that this particular McDonald’s marches to the beat of it’s own drummer. In fact, here, it’s more like «Your way… sometime in the next century». I’m not entirely certain what’s so complicated about two large iced coffees and a sausage burrito, but apparently this order is akin to quantum physics and requires fourteen people, the lollipop kids and Glenda the Good Witch to process. Now, I’ll admit that I hadn’t yet had my coffee for the day so I wasn’t in the most charitable mood. But still– this stuff isn’t exactly made to order, so I’m perplexed as to why I waited for 15 minutes for something that could easily have taken 3 minutes if Koko the Gorilla was behind the counter.
It’s been ages since I’ve been to a McDonalds. I doubt I’ll go back to this one because it’s just too irritating. Maybe they’re cutting out capable people in addition to trans fats at this location.
