Damn. The muffins are really good. Be sure to get them grilled. It’s life changing. They have a regular breakfast and lunch menu as well. Their pancakes are top notch. You can usually get lunch stuff during breakfast also. Great local place with great prices and even better food.

come early because this place is tiny for breakfast/lunch, only has like four tables. if you want a solid muffin selection, come even earlier. people are buying 4 – 6 muffins at a time and the classics go fast. I love their blueberry, chocolate chip and cranberry muffins. I had brunch here once it was good, but the cramped seating isn’t for me. CASHONLY or be a slave to their ATM.

Had breakfast here today for the first time. We were pretty happy. It’s a small mom and pop kind of place but we got a seat pretty quickly. The wait staff was pleasant and the food was quite good. Best hash I’ve had in a long time! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the muffins. Their supply was running low by that time of day. We will definitely try them again. earlier so we can try the yummy muffins.

Saw reviews on Unilocal and had to try it. Never had a grilled muffin before. Wow! Triple berry muffin was delicious. Really nice staff. Place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but was well worth it!

My daughter just moved to this area, and we had already been going to Bobs. I went there to get a quick lunch to go, and ordered a Patty Melt with fries. It was fantastic! The fries were crispy and out of this world. Only complaint was the price, about $ 9.00, Eggs Benedict are also great. Great neighborhood place.

Wow. I’d sort of lost faith in you, Unilocal.I’d eaten at several highly-recommended places that were pretty meh. But these muffins restored my faith in Unilocal and in humanity. The Oreo muffin is literally the best muffin I’ve had in my life.

Amazing breakfast. I travel a lot and love eating at diners. This place is small and cozy and the best breakfast place I have eaten at ti a very long time. I had Irish eggs Benedict and I’m pretty sure I could eat this every day for the rest of my life. Do not pass this place up.

We went there on busy Sat. Morning. Waited a long time for our food and the wait staff was really young and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The food was very good. but, I have to say the muffins are the best on the South Shore.

Always delicious food, and it’s right next to my house so why not? The only downside is it’s cash only.

Best breakfast in south weymouth. Lots of different muffin flavors such as the popular oreo muffin. I had the corn grilled ama it wad soft and buttery and very tasty. Also, their breakfast is reasonably priced. Located in busy Columbian square so parking is hard to find, unless you park in the back(municipal parking).

We ventured in on a Saturday morning guided there by Unilocal. After reviewing the menu online, we still looked like total noobs as we waited by the door for a couple minutes until we realized you just seat yourself wherever there’s room. The muffin case is up front, so check out the choices of the day before finding your seat. The menus are already on the tables and the wait staff was friendly. Most, if not all, of the breakfasts come with toast which you can switch to a muffin for only $ 0.50 extra, which doesn’t seem like a bad exchange rate. My wife went with the two eggs, which includes home fries and toast and she added a side of bacon. Instead of toast she ordered a lemon poppyseed muffin. Everything is cooked fresh to order. I went with the poached eggs with corned beef hash, which is homemade. I substituted the coffee cake muffin after seeing the positive Unilocal reviews. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our meals. The ingredients were fresh and the people were friendly. If you’re around, check this place out. We went at around 8:15 on a Saturday morning and did not have a wait. And remember, cash only!

If Jesus himself came to earth to create a muffin, it couldn’t beat the coffee cake muffin at this place. Typically a muffin will simply satisfy hunger for a few hours however, this muffin will make your knees shake with joy. It will send you into a world where reality is but a side note and unicorns dance freely upon rainbow clouds. Side effects of this high include scraping the plate with your fork to find little bits of cinnamon remnants on your plate. Consider yourself warned.

This place is a not-so-hidden gem in Weymouth. Their breakfasts are absolutely amazing and the muffins are out of this world. They have so many different kinds of mouth watering muffins that seem to be based on the day that you come in.

The griddled blueberry blizzard muffin out of this world. The omelets are awesome I always go with the monte Cristo. If you want to get the best muffins you need to go early because they sell out, Boston crème muffin is another favorite. These Muffins blow dunkin donuts out of the water

Bob’s Muffin Shop is amazing. If you live in Weymouth and you haven’t been here, go. If you live in Boston, it is worth the trip. If you live in Boston and are headed to Cape Cod, it is practically on your way. Go. Seriously. Bob’s is your classic diner with counter seating and a few booths. The menu reflects standard diner fare for the most part. The food is perfectly executed for diner food.(The egg sandwich was *exactly* the delicious egg sandwich you’d expect at such a place. The coffee is fresh and hot and refilled regularly. These are all things you’d expect of a diner.(And for $ 3.85 for the egg sandwich, this is cheaper than a fast food join, and SO much better.) But there’s also the muffins.(And other pastries, like apple turnovers.) And the muffins are AMAZING. I don’t know where Bob learned to bake, but he learned well. The variety of muffins is fantastic(not just your blueberry and chocolate chip options here) and the muffins are huge, moist, and flavorful. The lemon drop muffin was incredible. And then there’s things like french toast muffins, and pistachio muffins. Freshly baked. My biggest regret is that I didn’t take a 6 pack of muffins to go.

Not just a place for Muffins! Bob’s food is great, the staff is quick and the fountain soda is as good as McD’s. Great place to take kids too. Plenty of street parking and the Herald sports section on the counter complete the experience.
