People’s Choice

I ordered buffalo wings from this store. Although the wings were good we did not receive blue cheese dressing with them. When I called the store, I was told you have to order and pay extra for dressing. Why they did not tell us that when we ordered is beyond me.
The very fact that a norm with buffalo wings is considered an extra, left a very bad taste in my mouth, literally, and as such, we will never order again.

This used to be my go to place for pizza and subs. Ordered a ham and cheese grinder asked for it to be toasted/​warm. You guessed right, it was cold. Second the grinder had two that’s right two pieces of ham. Completely disappointed. This place is falling short of quality food.

This place is a localized chain similar to Domino’s, Papa John’s, etc… So I set expectations as such… But I needed to save a few bucks and the coupon for a large cheese pie for $ 8 was too tempting not to try… So I ordered up one plain cheese «New York» style… The verdict?
Surprisingly good… Mind you, it’s not Pepe’s or anything, but crust was a decent representation of NY style, decent cheese (a little rubbery) and sweet sauce… Best of the cheap pizza chains and can hold its own against pizzas costing twice as much.
Place is a bit hard to find on Berlin Turnpike if you opt for pickup. Look for strip mall next to Atlantic Inn. Definitely will be ordering from them in the future when I need a pizza fix and money is tight…
Last tip: Place is going through name change and is now Pizza
or something… If you see coupons for that place, you will be getting same pizza…

Living in Brooklyn, I have to say that the thin crust version of the pizza at People’s Choice is quite decent for the area. I’ve had their thicker crust version which tastes generic and a little like cardboard the next day. The service was also pretty fast. They arrived approx. 30 minutes after I called.
