Clean and spacious! Plays old school music videos(channeling the likes of Mr. Joel and Mr. Richie). It’s a good place to avoid the crowd at Conrad’s down the street. I really appreciated that they had less fruit froyo flavors and more chocolatey creamy flavors. Here are some MUST’s: You MUST try the Nutella gelato flavor You MUST try the Caribo coffee flavor You MUST get it «twisted» in the cup — aka their version of a DQ blizzard aka their version of a Mickey D’s McFlurry Delicious way to cool down from the heat & humidity!

The people in this shop are miserable and very rude, can’t see how they can succeed, don’t get your hopes up. I’d feel better if the yogurt didn’t taste so artificial and way too sweet.

Came in here with the gf few days ago. They have a lot options in regards to fro-yo & toppings. Super helpful staff & reasonably priced. Cool bench style seating if you just wanna sit back & relax.

Ignore the bad reviews! I am a fro-yo fanatic and this place is great! Like the other reviewers said… helpful staff both at the counter and in the back offering samples and suggestions of good combinations. The toppings bar was well stocked with great stuff! Great location with indoor and some outdoor seating. I am a big fan of TWIST!

This place is horrible. I came into Twist for the first time tonight. They still have Easter decorations all around the store. What about people who celebrate passover? The yogurt was not too great and also pricey. I usually go to Pinkberry in NYC and this place cannot compare. Planet Swirl in Ramsey is far better and cheaper. Staff was bland and very scatterbrained as Danny C. said.

Mediocre frozen yogurt and pricey. This place went downhill in my recent experience. The woman would not honor the old loyalty stamps. I will never return. This says a lot about the integrity of the owner. Kristin B must be one of the owners because the staff is far from friendly. More like… RUDE.

Meh, I walked into this shop thinking wow, what a nice new discovery. There were a lot of frozen yogurt choices but none of them really stood out. I mean, except for the raspberry pomegranate sorbet… In a bad way. I felt ignored considering that I came into the shop first but the samples guy looked right past me and helped out the family that came in behind me. So… I just got what stood out and what I thought would go well with euro tart. When i got to the topping bar, I was disappointed to see that the two sides of the topping bar had the same things. One side was practically empty and the one that was full felt dirty and the fruit did not look fresh. I ended up with some cereal that was unfortunately stale. I finished my frozen yogurt in disappointment… Cool spoons, though?

What a wonderful little place! My hubs and I stopped here and were so pleasantly surprised. They had a really helpful guy giving out samples and making recommendations in the back. The displays are bright and colorful and there is plenty of seating. There are many flavors to choose from. I had summer tart and it was super! Def recommend this place!

My new favorite yogurt place! The staff is SO friendly, they have a huge selection of flavors, a dual-sided toppings bar with lots of toptions(ha! made that one up myself) and super-friendly staff. Twist is clean with lots of seating(inside & outside!) and a great location for strolling, shopping, people-watching, movie-going, etc. Totally replaces my old favorite fro-yo place that rhymes with Swirls. I mean, rhymes with… ah, whatever. Time to go update that review.

This place has the worst frozen yogurt I’ve ever tasted.(Call me a fro-yo snob.) Everything is too SUGARY and strange. The topping bar was ok. Nothing about which to rave. Drive over to Ridgewood’s Red Mango for an edible fro-yo fix.

Fantastic new froyo place in downtown Westwood — it doesn’t get any better than this. They have at least 12 flavors and a ridiculously huge toppings bar. Plus, there’s two sides to the toppings bar, so you can get your stuff on the other side if someone is taking too long. Lots of seating, a great location, and BONUS, they play awesome disco and pop music videos on TV screens for you to watch while you enjoy your froyo. The people who work here are nice, the toppings and froyo are great, and everything is kept clean. I think they’re even open til midnight on weekends in the summer. OMG I love Twist.
