I love drive thru Dunkin Donuts locations. Can’t get enough of those. I live closest to the Dunkin Donuts location on the other side of town at 915 High Street, Westwood(on Route 109). This location is only about 8 – 10 minutes from my house though, so it isn’t bad. Yet, there is a drive thru just down the road in Dedham, and another drive thru in the other direction from my house on Route 1A in Walpole(and multiple other ones on Route 1). This is one of the WORST Dunkin Drive-Thru. Again, I would go to the one near my house more often, but there isn’t a drive thru there! I usually order a bagel with cream cheese on it. They always put it on the side. Today, they actually charged me for an extra bagel! I had to actually go in and get my money back(in that case, why do they have a drive thru? Heck, I went to the DRIVETHRU, so I DIDN’T need to go in!). The staff are always friendly and sorry when I bring an error to their attention, yet it’s been way too many times that I won’t be nearly returning so quickly. One time, they even forgot to make me pay for a $ 16 order! Plus, then I went to the DD website and attempted to call this restaurant to speak with the store manager. I called the phone number 781−320−9115, like the DD website says and it didn’t ring, just said«the number you have called is not in service». So annoying and stupid. If you’re driving on Route 1 Southbound, and ready to stop, wait 7 minutes, and continue down the highway to the East Walpole Route 1 location. Otherwise, the other Dunkin locations I have mentioned will be getting much more of my business, and I highly suggest you give them yours. Hopefully, DD corporate will return my email and this location will improve rapidly, but I really don’t see that happening. Ever.

literally the worst dunkies ever!!! employees always on their phones ignoring customers and i actually had a manager argue with me that she didnt mess up my coffee! i politely said that i wasn’t trying to be a pain and i was just trying to see if i could get a new one i would pay if i had to, and she told me she didnt mess it up and she would remake it but i need to understand that it wasnt her mistake and she knows how to do her job! what is the point of arguing??? tip: go a little farther up the road, take the u-turn, and go to the one next to lamberts!!!

I’ve been waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes For a medium iced coffee. Staff was the rudest dunks employees I’ve ever delt with I’m never returning to this store. Corporate should shut this one down.

I come to this dunks often, usually in the evening. I now try to avoid the mornings cause of the incompetent and arrogant Kimberly A. This pathetic excuse for a manager, has the worst customer service skills. She doesn’t deserve a check for how many times I’ve had to turn around and dispute an order. I’m appalled and disgusted, word to the wise stay away from this dunks in the morning. She will piss you off!!!

I ordered two sandwiches and paid. After 10 minutes I had to remind them about my order. Then they started on my order. Took awhile to give me two really blunt sandwiches. I threw one away. Stick with donuts and coffee.

Not impressed. As others have mentioned, the workers are incompetent, always talking amongst themselves and make you repeat your orders 3 times because they weren’t listening the first two times you ordered. Parking is awkward, it’s always a fight to get out of the parking lot. This is not my preferred Dunkin Donuts, but if I NEED coffee, I will stop here and hope for a miracle.

Salt sandwiches. I’m glad there are no dunkin donuts in California but these places are horrible… but I’ve been here every single day for a week in the area… my BF loves DD and would go out of his way to come here…*gross* On the brighter side, coffee’s good and so is the hot chocolate!

CHECKYOURBILL! Ok, so a Dunkin Donuts is a Dunkin Donuts. Hard to mess up the food, or even the coffee. The systems in place to make food, coffee, and the ordering process are all geared towards the lowest common denominator, so any employee there should be able to figure it out. I stop at this DD2 – 3 times a week on my way to work. For the most part, they have gotten my food and coffee orders right. A couple times there have been mixups, but it doesnt seem as much they made it wrong, just grabbed the wrong bad to hang to me. Oh well. But the more damaging thing, and scary, is that I have been mischarged twice. Not a big deal you say, well, yes and no. Twice now I have looked at my receipt and seen they charged me for an ice coffee instead of hot coffee. Yes, it is $.60 more. not a huge dent, and they are apologetic. My fear, and wonder, is how many other people does this happen to and dont notice. Really. Overcharge a couple hundred people a day, and it adds up! So check your bill, and make sure you are getting charged for the right thing.

I am not a fan of this Dunkin Donuts. There is always a line. Many a time I have been here and very few people spoke English. Service is slow. Not a fan of this location. Parking is a pain also

These people cant get a coffee order correct to save their lives… I ordered a small coffee with cream only — I received a small coffee w/multiple packets of equal, in fact so much that the coffee is completely undrinkable. My friend ordered a french vanilla with 2 sugars — and received a non flavored coffee with no sugar. How hard is it to make coffee? this is not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. They’ve lost me as a customer. Update: I called to let them know they my order was not correct. They don’t answer the phone, they hang up on you when the line connects. So, not only do they not do their job correctly, they are the rudest customer service people I have encountered.

Probably the most incompetent group of employees in the universe. If I wasn’t such a coffee junkie. I would keep away from this place. but now I’m seriously going to boycott. I kid you not… EVERYDAYTHEYGETMYORDERWRONG… now I don’t know about anyone else, but I personally don’t believe a medium french vanilla ice coffee with milk and one splenda is f-ing rocket science. but I maybe wrong. I find that I’m repeating myself at least a half dozen times, slowing it down each time… they give a slight pause, ask me to «wait a sec» … then they ask me to repeat it one more time and they repeat it back to me and still… wait was that small hot regular? NO I SAID A MEDIUMFRENCHVANILLAICE! Thank you, drive up… .The dude hands me a hot coffee or a small coffee. one time he handed me a bagel. in what world does the word COFFEE sound like BAGEL??? One time I got into a fight with the guy… «you said bagel». «dude, I don’t eat bagels. why would I want a bagel?» Now. I understand Dunks can be super busy during rush hour. so I tend to avoid this Dunks in the morning for fear of both being late and the wrong order ruining my day… so the only time I go is around 2 in the afternoon… 99.9% of the time I’m the only customer there. and they still get it wrong. WHYCOFFEE… WHY??? WHYDOYOUHAVETOBESODARNADDICTIVE???
