Dunkin’ Donuts

This place truly sucks. Sat there for 45 minutes and the two idiots who apparently work there did not nothing but talk and do nothing. Floors were dirty, place was not clean. And people like this protest because they think they should be paid $ 15. They don’t deserve 15 cents an hour. I could have had the place cleaned and stocked in 15 minutes. Whoever owns this place, be careful. But then again you hired these people.

LOVE THIS PLACE! They never run out of donuts, coffee, bagels, etc. This place is so convenient! Also, the people their are SO nice! They’ve given me about 2 dozen munchkins over the years because they are so great! I love them!

Customer service at DD is horrible!
The Westwood, Massachusetts location just shuts and locks their doors and refuse customers service because they «are too busy.» Seriously?
When I complain online, I am told to contact their customer service line, which I did yesterday. Foolishly, I spent my entire 30 minute lunch period on hold, waiting for someone to assist me, and ended up having to leave a message that went unanswered.
Dunkin’ Donuts hires inadequate help who do not know a thing about, nor care about customer service, respect, or quality. Then when there is a complaint, customer service puts you on hold because your concerns are not a priority, but your money is.
I’ll just be going to Starbucks from now on.
I would rather pay more for something I want, from people who want to help me and understand customer service, rather than dealing with this ghetto of a poor excuse for a chain.

I can only speak for my experience and have not stopped in on a weekend morning when it is crowded, stopped in late last night before closing, asked for decaf, apparently they did not have any fresh and they made a fresh pot for me. They had no problem doing it even though I knew it would mean them cleaning a pot they just finished cleaning. Excellent service,

If I could give negative stars it would be –50. Worst dunkin on the planet. Customer service is BEYOND horrible, especially from the very own manager. Always a line no matter what time of day and regardless of whether they have 3 people working or 10. They just don’t care. Horrible.

I love this Dunkin Donuts, on morning it can get crowded, but the staff are friendly and very efficient and competent with lots of customers as well as working together, and I’ve gotten extra donuts for free from them 2 times. I can walk here from my house (which is really nice to have), and the food is always good, and they don’t run out quickly every day which is also really good. Just wish they would add a drive thru…
