BEST nail salon. Been going since they opened, maybe about 10 years.

This is absolutely my favorite place Lily the owner is the best as is her staff !! I have been following her since her days in Monroe now I drive from Trumbull to Westport just for her !! If you haven’t tried her salon you don’t know what your missing !!!

My favorite salon in Westport! The entire staff is extremely friendly, and my nails always come out perfect. Plus, who can beat $ 25 mani/​pedis on Mon-​Wed! Highly recommend. Excellent service and affordable.

I took a chance on Nails & More because of the three good reviews I read on Unilocal — and I’m glad I did! Not only was the service attentive and skillful, I found the staff to be warm, welcoming and hard working. Since I had not been to a nail salon in a while, I asked a number of questions when I first arrived and Lily answered each one in an unhurried fashion with no pressure attached. All costs were outlined clearly, which I appreciated. Ultimately, I had a sea salt pedicure with Livia and a gel manicure with Lily, both of which were excellent. (It’s a week later now and both are still holding up beautifully.) I completely agree with some of the other reviewers that the massage at Nails & More is quite wonderful! In the past, I have usually declined any kind of massage at nail salons because I have so often observed the practitioners acting in a distracted and disinterested manner. Livia, on the other hand, was highly focused on her work and offered massage that was a great combination of strength and sensitivity. All in all, a nice retreat and a place I look forward to returning to!

Drove by and saw the sign for a $ 25 manicure and pedicure– I couldn’t help but stop in. I wish I never stopped!
The décor was severely outdated and the walls had plaster missing and it didn’t look that clean.
My pedicure started off with a 1 minute soak in a basin of cold water. I was rushed through and in less than 15 minutes I was done. My usual salon takes atleast 30 minutes and it includes a hot lotion massage and just tons of pampering. They wouldn’t even let me use the massage portion of the chair– the lady kept telling me it was broken but wouldn’t move me to a working seat.
Once the pedicure was done I was sat in a torn chair at a grungy table to start my manicure. I didn’t observe the woman grab tools out of the sanitizer, I just assumed she had clean ones at the desk already. It turns out the tools were reused by the woman who had just come in for a manicure.
I left with torn cuticles and an infection in 2 fingers. I am currently nursing them in bowls of hot water and taking antibiotics. I will NEVER EVER EVER return to this place– biggest regret ever.

Love this place, clean, they dont rush you, attentive services along with the best massages! Waxing done by liliian is also fantastic. Great place

I went in for a Gel French Manicure. Lilly was my nail technician. She was very kind and did a great job. Received the most amazing back massage I’ve ever received at a Nail Salon too :) Décor a bit dated, so some people from lower-​Fairfield county won’t be impressed if they’ve gone to other high-​end salons but it did not bother me as I was there for my nails only. Reasonably priced as well. My manicure looks great. Can’t comment on wear-​time as it’s only been one day.
