I started going to this salon because I work in the area and now it’s spoiled me and I’m hooked and can never go anywhere else. I’m not a big ‘girly girl’ — I actually got my first ever pedicure here at the age of 24. I used to be intimidated by nail salons and feel like I didn’t fit in but a friend took me to this one 8 years ago and I’m so happy she talked me into giving it a try because now it is part of my monthly routine. The place is always spotless and the staff is friendly and greets you when you come in no matter how busy it gets. The prices are pretty comparable to other places but at this place you get a 15 minute back rub (a great one at that) while your nails dry as part of it which is the best part. Sometimes I’ll use another nail place closer to my house if I’m in a pinch and I always regret it if I do. This is the best place.

This place is pretty good. I came in with a friend, who is a regular, a few weeks ago and I’ve been back twice. You get a lot for your money and the massage at the end is a great bonus. I recommend the reflexology pedicure, the foot massage in awesome. I will be back and happy to spread the word about this great salon.

The absolute best nail salon in Westport/​Fairfield!!! Their service is incredible, their manicures/​pedicures last forever and look amazing each time and the back massage at the end may be the best part. They are 20 minutes and the staff are all highly skilled so you leave feeling great. Love this place. I live in Boston but only get my nails done in Westport when I’m traveling there because no other place compares!

This is by far the best nail place in the Fairfield/​Westport area. I know people who come from other towns just because they prefer this salon. The mani/​pedis are wonderful. The technicians take their time and do an excellent job. I’ve been to other places where they just quickly slap the polish on and several days later the polish is chipping already. At Finger Nail, I’ve had pedis last at least a month. They give wonderful foot, leg and hand massages as part of the basic mani/​pedis, along with hot stones, and the massage chairs are an added bonus. But the real perk is the long neck, back and head massage you get while your nails are drying. So blissful! I pass at least a dozen nail salons on my way to Finger Nail, and I wouldn’t stop at any of them. Yes, their prices are higher, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Don’t be put off by the generic name and the unassuming store front. Inside is another world.

They just remodeled the inside so it looks much more sophisticated than it once did.
I come here for the massages that come with a mani/​pedi (I’ve gotten a chair massage before and it HURT SO BAD).
The mani/​pedi is great and they have a good selection of OPI and Essie colors as well as many good magazines.
The owner (Sandy) is very sweet, however, when she figures out who I am she badgers me about my Mom (who USED to go here but gets her gel mani someplace less expensive) and asks me why my Mom doesn’t come anymore. I feel like saying «what do you care, I’M HERE!?»
The massage is the best part, it’s about 20 minutes and includes your back and arms AND HEAD (don’t go if you’re having a good hair day because it’ll get messed up a bit) as well as lotion and a hot stone massage (while you’re sitting letting your nails dry).
Their waxing is generic.

Fingernail Salon is great. I found it going to Fountain of Youth Market one day. The owner is super nice and the pricing is good (for Westport). It is clean, they are very thorough and so far (1 week) no chips! The girl talked me into their Green Tea pedicure which was fantastic and comes with a free mani and reflexology.
I was impressed with the foot massage which was surprisingly good — often massages at nails salons are annoyingly average, but this girl was strong and knew what she was doing. This is definitely a find! I will be back.
