My family and I have been going to Dr. Gulati for 20+ years. Dr. Gulati and her staff always make us feel welcomed from the time we walk in until we leave. Dr. Gulati continues to further her education and always updates her equipment. The new office is immaculate and a lot bigger than her old office. I would definitely recommend Downers Dental to family and friends. Convenient, professional, on-​time, warming office.

I’ve been going to Dr. Gulati for almost 20 years. She is very professional and kind. All the workers in the office and helpful and kind as well. She also seems to incorporate the latest technology in the dental world.

Had some work done here. The price changed so much I asked for a new print out every time. The crowns I had done are OK not as good as my noble crown. They feel like the inside of a tomato skin even after it was polished. I like the staff and doctors. I feel they need help in the billing department and if that happened they would be great. I don’t know if I would recommend the in house crown they offer. I am choosing noble next time.

I wish my long time dentist had not retired. I went to this place because it was new and conveniently located near my job. I read some very positive reviews on the care Dr. Bindu Gulati provides and so I wanted to give it a try. The office is very clean, with an upscale appearance. Dr. Gulati was indeed very knowledgeable and provided some good advice on the care of my teeth. However, some of the people she has staffed to support her are rude and cold, and one in particular did not seem competent at all. It was evident at the time of the visit and during a follow-​up call that the staff could care less about making your experience a positive one or retaining your business. Therefore, I care even less about returning.
