As a family owned jewelry store, Andaaz has been my only destination for precious metals. I have been buying gold for diwali here since 2005 and the owner, his wife, kids and all associates are very professional, helpful and fair. The showroom is beautiful, brightly lit, and has a very exclusive feeling, while still feeling comfortable shopping for a huge variety of jewelry. Pricing has always been reasonable. Jewelry is not a purchase that involves too much price point negotiation, rather the service and experience is where Andaaz excels.

I bought the engagement ring for my fiancée from Andaaz Jewelers, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. I was living in New Jersey at the time, and had been referred to this jeweler by a family member. Since I was doing this from long distance, I did not even have a chance to see the ring in person before purchasing it — that is how much I trusted this jeweler after all the communication back and forth. My fiancée was very specific in what she wanted (but obviously this was a surprise so we couldn’t outright ask her). The salesperson Ankur was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He was able to give his honest opinion on diamond quality and worth. He was able to help me find a diamond that was within my budget that was beautiful. I sent him a picture of the type of band that I wanted, and he came back with a very detailed CAD drawing of what the ring would look like once put together. After I purchased it and received it in the mail, I was amazed at how beautiful this ring was. Every question I had along the way was answered quickly and diligently. I feel like an engagement ring expert now after learning so much from Andaaz. My fiancée was ecstatic about the ring and has received numerous compliments. We are very happy that we bought from this jeweler.
