They’re sandwiches are delicious. It’s my favorite place to get banh mi. And they aren’t stingy with their meat. They are good at communicating with you and let you know the status of your food whether you are eating in or taking it to go. The only complaint I have is that they are alwaysssss out of boba(as in tapioca balls, not the smoothies). I wish they would just stock up more.

I like their baguettes: soft inside, thin crunchy on the outside with fresh butter smell. I don’t why other received old breads from those girls at the counter, but they always give me fresh hot baguettes when I bought mine. The girls are friendly to me. Coffee was good. There was a middle-aged guy who was quite grumpy. He told me my total my bill without punching on the machine and he was wrong. I corrected him and he didn’t even apologize. 1 star off for that.

The meat taste fresh and clean. the bread is fresh and not like a brick. they have a very large selection, they also sell ice cream and soft drinks here. i ate here many many times. my friends also like this place. raters that gave below 5 stars are just hating…

The coffee here has a hazel nut flavor to it which makes them different. I ordered a Banh mi Dac Biet and it was good. The sandwich is good size and was stuffed!

The nuoc mia, sugarcane juice, tasted old. When I brought it up, I was told that I was wrong, it wasn’t old, it was made just that morning. Please, don’t insult your customers, it’s not worth it. Instead, be grateful for their feedback, there is nothing to gain from a) assuming that they lie b) arguing that they are wrong and you are right. It’s easy to let old food slip by, it’s an understandable mistake. Customers will look past such mistake if you make an effort to fix it. Or to acknowledge it. The girl at the counter caught herself when I insisted that I really don’t want it. She let me exchange for something else. Not a word of acknowledgment though.

Eeeh! I bought a banh mi cha lua here and it tasted like shit! The banh mi was too cold and the meat was too salty. Such a waste of $ 3.50!

Worst customer service! Extremely rude I just want to punch the girl whoever I spoke to when I called in for takeout. So many bad experiences here finally I’m fed up. I asked for Banh mi thit Nguoi but please just the lean meat not the fat. The girl rushed said ok ok ok. I spoke to her nicely and ask again because I’m afraid she might not here me clearly the first time. I asked again please make sure do not give me the fat she then hung up on me without a goodbye. I thought to myself maybe it’s too busy she might of heard me the first time. Alright that’s fine I understand sometimes it’s hectic busy she has to rush do other things. My Banh mi had 3 huge slices of fat. Just fat not a single lean meat on the 3 slices of meat. I was upset I called complaining how horribly rude the girl was to me. I did not cuss at her but I called her«Mat day» meaning no one taught you manners you don’t have etiquette. She didn’t apologize hung up on me for the third time. I came in asking to speak to the owner another girl said owner isn’t there but she will inform the owner of what happened. Few days ago I ordered takeout the bread was stale, hard as a rock. I took the first bite, it was hard and difficult to chew. The bread is shrunk. You can see from my pictures the ham and bread ratio. It’s definitely old stale bread from the day before. Fresh bread does not look like that nor is it hard like a rock. Even if it’s fresh bread, shame on the person who prep the sandwich the bread did not cover up the meat. How is anyone going to pick up the sandwich when half the meat is hanging out without any bread covering the meat. How am I going to insert the veggies when the bread itself is smaller than your original size baguette can’t you see half the meat hanging outside.

..fast service. bought 8 sandwiches; grilled pork; BBQ pork; combo: chicken, to go. worth the drive; better than the usual Lee’s which is a lot closer to my place… crispy soft baguette, juicy meat with plenty fresh veggies… I will sure don’t mind going back if cravings for banh mi sandwiches do occur. maybe a simple hello and smile from the cashier will do also. few of us are not from the neighborhood.

Damn only 2 ½ stars for this establishment?! Well I personally can’t rate this place based on their service or cleanliness since I’ve actually never been here before lol. My dear sweet mother stops by every now n then and orders the banh mi sandwiches to go. I’ve tried their banh mi dac biet(cold cuts pork combo) and banh mi thit nuong(grilled pork). They use the lengthy baguette style bread similar to Lee’s sandwiches. The banh mi at Teo’s is softer and has a nice, light buttery taste. I recommend that you devour the sandwiches on the same day of purchase cause the next day the bread gets super hard(whoa that’s what she said!!). In conclusion, I would say that their banh mi sandwiches are pretty good and I suggest y’all try out the #4 thit nuong one. I love the dac biet at Banh Mi Che Cali but Teo’s grilled pork sandwich is the best I’ve had thus far.

The BEST banh cuon nhan thit(vietnamese steamed rice rolls with ground pork and mushroom), ever! My boyfriend loves the banh cuon from here. Makes sure to call them before going there because they tend to sell out. The banh cuon with meat cost $ 4.95/lb and it includes nuoc mam(viet fish sauce), and fried onions. Banh cuon w/o meat cost less, but i’m not sure by how much. Some random info on the place: 1.The parking kinda sucks on the weekends 2. $ 20 minimum to use credit cards. 3. I’ve also tried their rau ma(vietnamese pennywort drink) and it’s pretty bland. I wouldn’t recommend it. 4. Plenty of seating area. 5. Plenty of old vietnamese men drinking their coffee and smoking outside. 6. There’s a «vietnamese coffee shop» in the same plaza. ;) lol Happy eating! :)

I was dropping my mother in law for her hair appointment in a busy little plaza and was hungry. I spotted the Teo Sandwiches and meandered over. It wasn’t just a sandwich shop. They had regular Vietnamese food, snacks, food to go, sandwiches(of course) and various shakes/juices and coffee drinks. They had various buy 3 pounds get 1 pound free take-out food items from Monday through Thursday. I ordered my sandwich(which at $ 3.25 is pricier than the Banh Mi Che Cali that I usually go to) and a Vietnamese iced coffee. The sandwich was pretty tasty and the iced coffee was comparable to most places in the area. All in all, not bad.

Came on a Saturday afternoon. It was quiet, got a durian smoothie and it was delicious! So smooth and creamy! Parking was ok, shared parking in a plaza. They have a lot of snacks and goodies. It’s s bit far for me so I might return. Will pop in whenever I’m in the area.

First of all, I should’ve Unilocaled before trying this place out… The service is amazingly terrible. The girl taking our order was witchy and cranky. It seemed like she had better things to do and was offended we were taking up her precious time. Never once did she say welcome or crack a smile. Actually, nobody working there did. The sandwiches were barely edible. I can barely chew through the cold cuts. The breads are soft and stale(I’m observing it right now) There is absolutely no flavor to any parts of my sandwich. The banh mi looked like it gave up on life. Never ever again will I support this establishment. #everythingiscringeworthy

Went for the first time today just to try it out. Hubby got the bbq sandwich, I felt like the chicken congee. Service was ok, pretty quick. Got to the office and realised they gave us FISH congee and it was so so salty, I could only eat half. Hubbys sandwhich was very oily, too much butter and the meat very fatty. Don’t think we’ll be going back!

Located in a pretty busy plaza so be careful when driving around here. There’s plenty of parking spaces though. Don’t mind the men sitting outside drinking coffee either! The place is pretty big and spacious inside, but the only thing I’ve ever tried from here is their banh mi. What I got: Banh Mi Thit Nuong($ 3.25): a little pricey compared to other banh mi places and they don’t have the buy 2 get 1 free deal. I love my banh mi thit nuong though! Grilled pork with pickled veggies, jalapenos, cilantro/onion mix, and a cucumber. They were a little stingy on the veggies and meat so my mom actually asked them to put more in and they actually did it too! Taste wise, the meat was good. It was soft and had a little sweetness to it. Bread didn’t rip up the roof of my mouth either. Service: Place can get a little crowded and people will push and cut… so just stand your ground!

Great boba! When they have it. But they’re always out of boba on weekends. Sandwiches are delicious! The cashiers are rude and don’t speak much English.

Good selection of everything u want from a sandwich shop. Reasonable price and food is decent. Sandwich is a bit pricey but place is clean– except for restroom. They even have party trays and price is comparable to others. PS: Business name is not inviting but they have good service

Sandwich-based review only. I’m almost certain that I’ve had their banh mi dac biet before from previous visits to SoCal, so I figure that I should write a review now that I’m in the middle of a sandwich. It’s really, really good. I don’t notice any pâté or mayonnaise, but this still compares favorably to some of my favorite Vietnamese sandwiches in San Jose. It also completely crushes anything I’ve tried in Las Vegas, which just can’t seem to make good banh mi thit for whatever reason. The buttery crust of Teo Sandwiches’s bread has a good balance of crunch and softness, the meat is actually flavorful(unlike many other terrible attempts), and there’s some sort of fatty, savory jelly in the mix. Oh, and there’s definitely something very reminiscent of Maggi seasoning, which brings a healthy dash of umami. Caveat of this review: it was a to-go order with the pickled veggies, cilantro, cucumber slices, and sliced peppers packaged in separate little plastic bags. Since I am not the world’s best eater of spicy foods, you can guess which of those ingredients did not end up in my final sandwich.
