Subway

Subway open at 7AM for a reason. How can you not have the soups on the menu? Is all subway suppose to be the same? The worker there doesn’t even know what soup she have laying out there.

This location service is great. My bad, previously I have left a wrong feedback to a wrong location.

The experience and service was above average. I catered a luncheon for my staff, and the manager was super patient and helpful!!!

I’ve always passed by this subway but never went in until recently! I loved my experience here and it’s very clean as well! Friendly workers who seem to have good chemistry! Also one of the workers is pretty cute for you ladies and men out there who want a cute man making your sandwich ;) It was the Asian one, but i didn’t catch his name! Anyways good quality food and veggies! Also the cookies are pretty top notch compared to some other subways

Well the atmosphere is great and the workers here are really hard working. Once you enter, they would greet you right away. I always loved subway and their soup! It’s the only place I found broccoli cheese soup.
Javier is usually the worker that helps me and he definitely helps me to decide what I get aside from chicken to mix it up and bit. But other workers are nice as well!
Sitting is fairly spacious, try to avoid going around lunch time because alot of people come here for lunch so it does get busy.
I wouldn’t come here at night to be honest because more homeless tend to buzz around here.

I live nearby so I go to this subway sometimes. It’s mostly my last place to go for food, since the customer service isn’t really up to standard and the food sometimes can be hit or miss.
Most the time my experience is fine, but other times it isn’t.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager was extremely rude, they forgot to charge us for avocado and came up to us half way through our meal and told us we still had to pay for it which is not a problem but she said it like it was our fault we didn’t get charged for it. So we left 150 pennies in the table. thanks a lot subway.

Subway. The fast food chain that has been synonymous with Jared’s weight loss. This Subway is definitely new and the staff is meh. They’re kind of slow with the assembly line compared to other Subway. It’s Subway and it bothers me that they do not have world class service like McDonald’s.
By the way, I have not loss any weight and I’ve been on that Jared diet. I’ve even switch to Bud Light and light mayo. I’m starting to question this guy Jared…

I came here two days in a row, different times, different people and received the same service.
Both men were rude, acted like they didn’t want to be here, and had the worst attitudes.
I like Subway, and coming to this one is convenient, but they really need to step up their customer service

This subway is great for something cheap and makes you feel like you are eating healthy. The location is clean and I’ve never noticed trash or debris on the floor. Employees are nice enough, but never put enough ingredients when you ask for «extra» pepper-chinni’s (sp?). I feel like I have to tell them multiple times to finically get the amount of «extra» I want.
Sucks that it has to be that way. Corporate should make a policy to always verify if that was a sufficient amount of «extra.» Makes the company seem cheap by requiring the customer to fight for more.

Compared to other subways I’ve gone to, this one is one of the best. Staff is average but the place seems newer and cleaner than the others. It’s never taken too long to place my order and they always have good deals.
Faves: cold cut trio and Chipotle steak and cheese. Yum.

18 minutes to get food, and only one person ahead of us. Such a waste of time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Waited 20 minutes in line. There was only 2 people working. (One new worker and one REALLY SLOW worker) the one to be in charge seem to have no hustle in her game whatsoever. Not to mention, they weren’t the happiest of the bunch… Needless to say, I will probably not return to this location.

The service is very good. The people making the sandwich are nice, but when I ask for extra cucumbers to make up for all the other veggies I did not get, I want EXTRA cucumbers.
I came in here to get a cold cut trio… (Lettuce, onions, and EXTRA cucumbers.) It was made very well. One of the best cold cut trios that i have ever seen. Nice presentation. But when I asked for extra cucumbers the lady who served me only slapped an extra 2 cucumbers on there… SERIOUSLY? TWO CUCUMBERS???
If it wasn’t for this incident, I would have probably gave this place 4 stars… The missing 5^th star is because the lady who served me looked like she was in a rush. Like she was racing to go home!
Anyways, wont be back unless they decide to upgrade their service… See Ya subway, i think ill stick to togos!

This location SUCKS. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to the Beach and Westminster location. I’ve been here exactly 4 times and I’ve instantly regretted my decision ¾ times. Their customer service is shitty. They make your sandwiches messy and with very little ingredients. The location itself is kind of sketchy outside. Looks like a hobo could come rob you at any minute. The only good thing about this place is that they recently remodeled so its pretty clean and spacious (lots of tables) but I wouldn’t come back.

I love sandwiches, so obviously I love Subway, but the customer service wasn’t so great. The lady that was helping me either was having a bad day or just didn’t like her job.
But hey! First impressions are everything.
Won’t be going back there.

Veggie Delite add/​avocado
I have always hated Subway and their squirrely meat. Then, I discovered the Veggie Delite on flat bread. What I like to do is have them toast the tomatoes and cheese on the flat bread first. With avocado, a foot long is $ 6.50 w/​tax. The sandwich is a solid 3 stars but the extra star goes to the management here. This is one of the better run fast food establishments I have ever been to. Super clean, organized crew and the veggie sandwich is awesome in breaking up the monotony of bringing a lunch.
There are a few around this area but this one is the best.

I work at the Walgreens in the same plaza therefore I come to this subway often during my lunch break. The workers are all so friendly and welcoming since I come in 2 – 3 times weekly. Sometimes it does get crowded but they’re fast at clearing the lines. the longest I ever waited was 15 probably 15 mins.

I like how subway has everything listed on the walls. i like how everything is in front of you. i like how they ask what you want. i like how they make it the way you want it. Burger King doesn’t compare! «HAVE IT YOUR WAY» should be the SUBWAY slogan. i like it when it RAIN! the place looks like every other subway place and thats perfect! clean neat with little small tables!

Subway chains are all the same, except since they’re franchised, they’re not all the same. I understand when it’s busy and crowded, especially in a higher profile location such as this one, conveniently next to the West Justice Center (so they get a lot of court officials/​lawyers/​jurors/​etc) in, that mistakes can happen. but at least apologize for it.
I’m knocking this one down a few stars because their lack of competence did not impress me at the very bit. they should learn to pay attention to everyone a little bit better, because they obviously didn’t pay attention to me or my sandwich.
btw, the picture shown is not the right subway. the pictured one is off of Beach Blvd & Bolsa Ave, by the Westminster Memorial Park. this location is next to the Starbucks, in the same plaza as the Walgreens, near the West Justice Center on Beach & Westminster.
