Highly recommend Nick took care of things professionally very good price. Another place wanted to charge 79.00 plus 29.00 certificate. Nick charged 50.00 out the door. He was very friendly I didn’t wait long at all definitely very nice man and his shop is clean with a nice clean waiting area. Don’t waste time going anywhere else and support your local businesses. Very poor experience here. Took my 4Runner in and they failed me under timing because he didn’t know how to do it. I went home researched it and had to come back and show him were the timing line was! Then he proceeded to tell me it wasn’t his job to find the timing line and gave me attitude, not cool.

Brought my dad’s 1985 BMW to get smog checked. Guy didn’t do it because they «check engine light» was not illuminated when the key was turned. In other words, he didn’t know if the check engine light was not on or just not working. I don’t know much about this car so thought it was a bit odd but assumed he was right and had to get something fixed.
Checked the manual — no mention of check engine light. Posted the question to some BMW forums — they didn’t have check engine lights until something like the mid-​90s. How can this guy run a smog check and not know information like this?
Worst part was that he implied I had it unhooked or turned off to try and pass smog and that he was doing me a big favor by not charging me $ 50 and failing the car.

Brought the 91 Toyota MR2 here since it needs a star smog station. Nick took care of things quickly and efficiently at a fair price. I’ll be back next time. BTW, place is a little hard to find, just look behind the burger stand on the corner of Goldenwest & Westminster. They’re right behind in the corner.

Best star certified test station I know of! I was extremely pleased with the fast and friendly service. Very good pricing as well. I could have not been made happier today when my Nissan passed. The best Smog Technician in my opinion.
