What is up with these whack locations?! –__– I received a gift card from corporate last year because of the horrible service at the Brea location and I just now used it a few days ago and the service is just the same, whoever is running them SUCK! A very quiet and timid Asian woman helped us out but wasn’t friendly at all, I’m not sure if she thought we were going to hop over the counter and steal cookies but she was whack, they have big signs about their featured cookie and my mom wanted to try it and she goes«We have to bake it, we don’t have anymore, takes 20 minutes» SAYWHAT?!! Why highlight a new cookie and you don’t have anymore?! Tons of unbaked cookies were just chillin behind her on a cookie rack, first off I wondered«why weren’t they in a cool area since it is raw cookies?!! –__– Of course this location doesn’t offer the 20 nibblers for $ 5.00 so I got 14 for $ 11.00, I was so disappointed in the chocolate chip which is a BASIC cookie flavor! They were hard and chewy, they didn’t taste fresh, I would have thought they were made the day before! Not to mention the whack selection they had! When it was time to get rung up and I gave her the gift card she looked at it as if it was a foreign object and didn’t know what to do with it! For the price of these cookies you would think they’d be top notch but their not, I miss the good olé days when Mrs. Fields was the bomb and you couldn’t wait to go to the mall just for cookies! Bring back the old ways with better tasting products than what they have now! –___–

Went with a couple of semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of water. The prices are definitely a bit high, but it’s a cookie shop and that’s pretty normal for places that only specialize in sweets. The service was okay, not bad, but nothing to write home about. They took our order and had our things ready quickly. The cookies were fresh and tasted good. Overall: B+ A good sweet tooth fix if you are in the mall!

I ordered a cookie cake 2 weeks before my son’s birthday party. The earliest I could get the cake was noon(party was at 1). I get to the mall and the girl forgot to make the cake. She apologized and said it would be ready in an hour. I drove all the way back home to set-up for the party. When I came back an 90 minutes later, I expected them to say no charge for the cake. What I got was an offer of $ 4 off. That’s the value of a coupon I could get online! She then said 20% and I told her to just keep the cookie. These cookie cakes are $ 26.99 for a pile of cookie dough. I spent more in gas going back and forth than what the dough cost. After a phone call to the store manager I was given the 50% off that i said was the most I would pay. What REALLY made me mad is the store manager told the worker who made the mistake that the difference was coming out of her paycheck! I’m sure she only pays this girl minimum wage anyway. This manager/store owner has a lot to learn about customer service and how to treat your employees. I do not recommend this location.

Let’s see, the last time I’ve had a baked item from Mrs. Field’s was… …Dang it. I can’t recall. Long time ago. Anyway… I had ordered a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with a small hot mocha, and when I had heard my total of $ 6.88, I thought to myself: $ 6.88? Really? I could get my lunch for a price like that. $ 2.99 for a small mocha; yes, I can understand that, but $ 3.89 for a cookie sandwich??? Look, I know we are in a bit of an economy down-fall, but come on, guys… I wouldn’t pay almost $ 4.00 for a baked cookie sandwich!!! And I’m sure you wouldn’t, either!!! The chocolate chip cookie sandwich overall was chewy and moist like how a normal chocolate chip cookie would taste like, but the«frosting» or «icing»(if you would call it that) is a bit on the sweet side; yes, I may have a sweet tooth from time to time, but this is a bit overkill. Is this really worth $ 3.89??? I’m sure the answer would be a big, fat«NO!» Okay, the price flaw may be a minor thing, but at least the service/staff is friendly, so I will give a 3-star for this establishment. Took off two stars for both the price(of the cookie) and the frosting on such cookie.

The cookies here are alright I’ve certainly had better, but the service is frosty at best. I’m not asking for much just a smile and maybe a «what can I get you?» rather than«what do you want?» Then taking my money turning around without a «thank you» or «Have a nice day»
