This place is so so. Some of there food is outstanding and others are like you would get out of a carry out place. The staff we friendly enough but the food quality is under par.

this must be the best kept secret in Westminster. Love their ribeye cheese steak sub… best i’ve ever had. Good ny style pizza that rivals any in town. Excellent italian sub.

Good Food! I had the Lasagna and it was good portion and great tasting. I got additional sausage to go with it and it was also very good. Relatively classy and they could definitely take it to the next level if they payed attention to the details of the décor and cleaning. I only say that because you can tell that the tables where cleaned off with a cloth that was used(you could see the streek marks from the cloth). I am sure if the tables where not glossy it would not be noticed but that my ocd for ya.

Original Review Where do I begin… Rusty Lettuce in the house salad. Ordered the crab dip. Nothing fabulous or stand out but it was very good, even found a shell that’s a plus!(so you know it’s real) Bread was fresh. Husband ordered linguine in white claim sauce, it was more like clams in fettuccine sauce. Good but not white clam sauce and pasta was al dente. I ordered a Medium gorgonzola steak with caramelized onions. Here is where the fun begins. I really needed a chain saw to cut into the meat in first place. I honestly tried to cut a small sliver and was unable to so I had to cut about an inch or so into a 3inch round steak. The center was actually cooked to the correct temperature it was the taste that was horrifying. Tasted like stale refrigerator or freezer burn. So I thought maybe it was the gorgonzola so I tasted that by itself, nope sure wasn’t. Ohhh and the fresh broccoli on the side was very fresh but unfortunately smothered in very cheap oil. Just wait… It gets better. The waitress came over to ask if all is well… I decided to speak up. Boy did I get an attitude when I told her it was horrible. She says«what’s wrong with it» in a teenage snotty way. Geesh so I proceeded to tell her the problem and she took my plate went to find the owner. A minute later she returns to tell me that my food was fine and that the owner will not take it off the bill. I didn’t even ask them to remove it from my check at this point. I just wanted them to know that they just served me a shitty meal. I asked to speak to the owner. He proudly marched to our table and asks me what the problem was. I tried to be as discreet as possible in my explanation but he clearly does not like someone putting done his food. We are now in an all out war. My voice is getting louder and at this point I couldn’t care less about the other two tables of people in this terrible restaurant. He tells me that the man next to us ordered steak with no problem(he was 105yrs old and probably couldn’t taste). What kind of answer is that? At this point I’m not backing down! The funniest part was when he said… Well you ate ¾ of the steak. I wanted to punch him! I honestly couldn’t cut a small piece and I had only taken 2 bites. But in the end I won! Yay me! Steak taken off the bill and the first time I have never left a tip! And now, this small business owner will make sure everyone in my path knows what an awful establishment this is and to NOTPATRONIZE. ***Below are several email exchanges between the owner of Le Ragazze Italian Bistro(Anthony A.) and myself that I felt were important to share with potential patrons. Two months after my review… Anthony A. You must have had a bad day that day specially since you got your meal for free and still gave them a bad report, shame on you annie z. I was actually having a wonderful evening with my husband until we arrived at your restaurant. I was unaware that free crappy food equals a good review. For your information, in case you are not familiar with the way Unilocal works… This is a place for reviews of food and service and not just of price. And shame on you for expecting a good review for giving me a terrible complimentary meal. Your food was as awful as your mouth. May your response to my review allow your patrons to see your true colors. Anthony A. I was extremely nice to you and your husband as was my staff, you on the other hand should not be reviewing food at any restaurant since you obviously don’t know good food and great service, you were the only person to date who has been dissatisfied with my restaurant. I tried to accommodate you but it seemed you had one mission on your agenda that evening and that was to get a free meal, I as well as my entire staff and family will go out of our way to accommodate everyone who eats there and my real customers appreciate that as for you I hope thatyou never set foot in any rrestaurant again for you should only eat at home were I’m sure you are a great cook annie z. I use Unilocal to help others find great restaurants and my intention was no different when I wrote my honest review of yours. I have also added your responses to my Unilocal review so others can judge for themselves. Thank you for you compliments and yes I am a GREAT cook. Anthony A. Yes people who have eaten there can’t imagine what you were thinking that night, they have read your review and still came in tosee for tthemselves and found it to be a great wonderful experience and have recommend it to others, I don’t know why you had such a gruge on your shoulder when you came in but my staff had pre warned me that you were being difficult from the beginning and you proceeded to hate it all from the start your husband loved his food as you did too since you ate a lot of his as well, no matter what we did you weren’t satisfied

Went last night with some friends. It reminded me of the old«Little Italy» — you walk past the working kitchen! They have really cleaned and remodeled the restaurant. It needed it after 30 years under the former occupants. A little apprehensive after reading the other reviews, we decided to see for ourselves. One of us ordered a «chicken cheese steak» with extra fried onions(it seems that most restaurants are chinchy with fried onions) and it came out«super-packed» with meat and lots of fried onions. Salads were fresh and crisp. The spaghetti w/sausage was unbelievable –it had more sausage on it than any of our regularly visited Italian restaurants puts on. I ordered the Gyro Platter– it was a healthy portion of tender meat and great Greek salad. It was as good as any I’ve had in Greece. We had wonderful service and attention by our server Chelsey, who along with the owner and chef, Mr. Adolino, made sure we had a pleasant dinner experience. This is definitely added to our local restaurant list!
